This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom lakefront home is located in the private Arrowhead Lake Community in the Pocono Mountains. Camp Murray is a year-round rental perfect for families, adventure seekers, or those just looking for refuge from the city. We can't wait to share our home with you! LAKEFRONT YARD WITH DIRECT WATER ACCESS
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, our lakefront home is right on the water and we provide the canoes, life vests, tubes and floats for all your lake activities. Take in the water views while dining at one of our two massive farmhouse picnic tables or sitting around the fire pit roasting s'mores.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY SPACE
In the winter, enjoy ice skating on the lake or pick out a family-friendly game from our game closet and cozy up next to our wood-burning fireplace. You can also send the kids to the heated basement bonus space that features a ping pong table, extra seating, and tables perfect for huge puzzles.

KITCHEN
Home includes a modern kitchen with Cafe Appliance electric stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and fridge. We also include all the plates, utensils, pots, and pans you’ll need to eat a family meal at our huge eat-in island or picnic outside!

LIVING SPACE
With two spacious master bedrooms and private bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) our home is perfect for two families vacationing together. The downstairs has two additional bedrooms ideal for kids or grandparents, and a large living space that has plenty of seating for everyone. The upstairs loft area has a day bed, making it a great place to take an afternoon nap, read, or get some work done thanks to our reliable wifi. Plus, the basement space is another great place to hang out, play games, or watch tv. It also comes equipped with a washer and dryer for truly convenient vacationing.

THE COMMUNITY
Our private community provides access to many amenities such as three swimming pools, lakes, fishing, tennis courts, a communal lodge including a gym, library and a billards room, bicycle/boat/paddleboard rentals, a sledding hill and lots more.

Arrowhead Lake Community requires guests to pay Arrowhead Lake Temporary Membership Fees.

Registration Fee - $20

Vehicle Gate Card Fee - $ 20 per vehicle

Temporary Membership fees (6 and over):

Off-Season:
$ 2 per person per night

In- Season: ( May 24th- September 2)
$ 8.50 per person per night
or $ 42.50 per person for week-long stays

I will be in touch prior to your stay to complete your registration and collect additional fees. Temporary membership fees must be paid no later than 3 days prior to the arrival.

HOUSE ACCESS
You may enter the community the day of arrival at anytime to use the amenities, but the house will not be available until 4pm. Wristbands must be worn while using any community amenities.

Our family came in from 6 states to celebrate my father's 95th birthday, and it was perfect. Such a wonderful spot to relax with a gorgeous view of the lake and wildlife. The home is very well designed, decorated, and managed, and the owner could not have been more accommodating and responsive. We used the canoe and kayaks everyday and took advantage of the beautiful hiking trails very close to the house. If we didn't live so far away, I'd make this an annual retreat.

Cozy home

This home was cozy and worked well for our needs. Something to mention about the loft, if the trundle bed is pulled out, the door needs to be left open, which goes into the next bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the host was always available and helpful. We would stay here again.

Hello Keziah! Thank you for your wonderful review! The trundle bed is 100% on wheels and not locked into the top bed so it has the ability to be moved around the space to avoid that issue with the door. I will definitely make note of that in our house manual from now on to avoid any confusion. Thank you again for staying with us!

Summer family vacation

We had the best time ever at Camp Murray. Everything was perfect! We especially loved the grassy front field for family activities, the spacious basement and the beautiful lake. The home was clean and renovated. Amanda was super responsive to every question we had. We cannot wait to book our next vacation here!

Amazing Lake House!!!

We had so much fun at Camp Murray. The other reviews were right on the money everything was 5 stars across the board. Some things that stood out were the beautiful property. Not many lake houses have such a beautiful lawn in addition to lake front access. On top of that the property is so close to lake beaches and community pools and parks. Huge plus. If you have kids this house is very well equipped with toys, games, baby gates, crib, high chair, plates cups and silverware all for the little ones. I found that to be hugely helpful. My kids had a blast with everything being so close and accessible. We will be back!

Relaxing family vacation

Our family really loved staying at Camp Murray for our vacation this year. This was our first time in the Poconos and were not too sure what to expect. The house is beautiful, clean, and functional. It is well equipped and it's obvious that the owners care about their home and their guests. We chose this house because some of the previous comments mentioned that it was kids-friendly. They were right. We were delighted to have a tree swing in the front yard, a high chair for our 15-month old during meals, and baby gates to keep the upstairs and deck area safe. Our entire family (adult children and grand-children) loved the lake and the quietness of the cove where the property is located. We used the canoes and kayaks everyday to go to the little beach across the lake where the grandkids (ages 3 and 1) could play in the sand and safely wade in the water. We sat across the fire pit at night and roasted marshmallows. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable week.

Fun Family Weekend

Our family of 3 stayed at Camp Murray for a weekend getaway this September. We loved the property. The lake was perfect for paddle-boarding and canoeing. We used the firepit the whole weekend and it is in a great location just next to the lake! The property owner was extremely responsive and provided us with all the information that we needed. The kitchen was well supplied with both utensils and spices. Our only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer!!

Beautiful lakefront property

The owners were quick to respond with any questions. The home was perfect for us with 2 masters and 2 other rooms for our kids. The living space was great for 6 people and the kitchen was large enough for 2 of us to cook comfortably. The AC units cooled the house down pretty quickly and the fans in each room added a nice breeze for sleeping. The owners provided all the kitchen necessities and 2 beach chairs and 2 loungers for the beach/pool. Launching out kayaks was easy! We are definitely coming back!

Great spot

We had a wonderful time! There is a large beautiful backyard for the kids to play in and such a beautiful view of the lake. The community has several playgrounds which were great for our little ones. We had an issue with the outlet where the modem was plugged in, and the owners were very responsive and fixed it the same day. I really appreciated all the baby gear in the house: the crib, high chair, plastic plates and utensils, and even a stroller! Almost every day we had deer visiting the yard which was great entertainment for the kids.

Beautiful home perfect for a relaxing weekend!

My family all loved staying at this home! The place was so clean and nicely decorated that we really enjoyed staying here. Being lakefront, we enjoyed beautiful sunrises/sunsets and the fall colors on the trees around the lake looked amazing, we also used the canoes they provided. My fav part was the tree swing! The home itself felt spacious for 10 of us staying. Kitchen was great and stocked with good pots/pans/tools that made it easy and fun to cook meals here. The big windows give the space great natural light so we didn’t feel cooped up in the house ever. We hope to come back to this same house again!

An amazing, newly-renovated lake house!

Camp Murray was the exact family getaway we needed! Amanda was an amazing host, and immediately responded to every question we had. The house is newly-renovated, and even though it seems like they have a few more things to update, that didn’t take away from the experience at all. Everything was clean upon arrival, and they have all the basic necessities that you’ll need for a week’s stay. We will definitely be coming back! Oh...and I will definitely be buying giant picnic tables one day—they were awesome to eat every meal at!
