The private resort-style yard features a saltwater pool with a tanning shelf and waterfall spa. There's also a covered outdoor dining pavilion, a gas BBQ grill, and an outdoor living area with a fire pit lounge, plus gorgeous mountain views. Alexander Sunrise is the type of vacation home that was made for simply relaxing in Palm Springs.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The fabulous pool yard features a saltwater pool with a tanning deck and a sitting bench that runs the entire length of the pool, plus a waterfall spa. The pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas, an alfresco dining pavilion, a gas BBQ grill, and a fire pit lounge - perfect for gathering around and taking in the fabulous mountain views.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This classic midcentury home has the hip Palm Springs vibe of yesteryear while feeling very next century at the same time. Walls of glass let the light pour in, revealing the sun-drenched pool yard. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to gather, relax and enjoy. Everything has been reimagined for the way we live today with high speed internet, flatscreen TVs, and upgraded heating and cooling systems.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality mattresses, ample storage, and a flatscreen television. The Primary Bedroom offers a King bed, ensuite bath, and direct access to the pool yard. The two Queen guest rooms share easy access to the bathroom in the hallway - you’ll love the rainfall showerhead!

There is also a separate casita in the backyard with a King bed, a living area, and a bathroom with a gorgeous bathroom with a double sink and a rainfall showerhead.

Alexander Sunrise is located in Sunrise Park - a Palm Springs neighborhood studded with classic mid mod homes. Here, you'll be centrally located, just minutes from restaurants, night spots, burger joints, sandwich shops, grocery stores and all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive. The Spa Resort Casino, Palm Springs Convention Center and Ruth Hardy Park are also close by, and the Farmer’s Market (held every Saturday morning) is just a quick stroll away.
