About this property

Independent House 100 meters from Peró Beach, the best of the Lagos Region. Praia do Peró, in Cabo Frio, is the youngest to receive the international seal of certification of the Blue Flag program.
We work with large groups, from 10 to 40 people (Daily value R $ 100.00 per person).
We offer a clean space and warm environment.
All rooms with large size, all accommodations with single bed as shown photos, rooms with ceiling fans.
The house: 4 spacious bedrooms (double, quadruple), 6 bathrooms, 1 living room with 40 "smart tv, wifi, sofa, 1 small kitchen with stove with oven, freezer, refrigerator, crockery complete. Garage for several cars, outdoor tables and chairs, super external shower for baths, mobile barbecue.

Excelente Acomodação

Excelente Casa, construção nova, muito espaçosa e muito bem cuidada. A localização é excelente, bem próximo da praia. Todos os quartos são confortáveis, possuem TV e frigobar. A área de convivência é muito boa. Fomos em um grupo familiar grande, com crianças e todos ficaram confortáveis e satisfeitos com a escolha. Recomendo.
