brand new property consisting of two houses, a large one with 5 bedrooms (one small for service staff), 2 attics (with a total of 6-7 beds/mattresses) 4 full bathrooms and 1 toilette, semi open kitchen and bar, large dining table, fireplace, gallery with full barbecue, sitting and dining area. Second gallery overlooking the golf course and gardens. very comfortable beds and bedding.
And a second smaller house with 2 double bedrooms, 1 full bathroom just next to it upstairs. And an open plan kitchen with a bar and stools, sitting room with fireplace, 1 toilette downstairs. Also lovely roofed patio and gardens,

im originally from Argentina, having lived in the USA, in continental Europe and in the UK for most of my life, Im still very close to my childhood holiday place: Patagonia. Its a vast stunning area where you can feel very close to nature, with endless activities and places to explore. I love hosting people in my favorite place in the world, helping them to make the most of their visit, way beyond just renting a house.

Why they chose this property

Patagonia is one of the most amazing places in the world, not spoiled by tourism and with a very friendly nature. No nasty bugs or dangerous creatures! great weather most of the year. I love exploring new treks, spending the night on top of the mountains, going to virgin beaches along the lake (by boat), and going for picnics on the coast of beautiful emerald color rivers. In winter I love skiing, especially spring skiing, with beautiful scenaries of the Andes and lakes.

What makes this property unique

my house is very special for large groups of people, having large common areas, and teh possibility of using the 2 properties, so there is ample facilities for everyone.
the main house is on one level, the small one is in two levels
the views of the mountains combined with the views of the golf course makes it very special especially at sunset
the barbecue area is ideal for lunch or dinner.
the condominium offers the use of the golf course, tennis courts, football, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, etc for a fee. it also offers treks all over the area including a mountain road with can be easily accessed from the house. In the summer seaon it also includes the access to a private beach nearby where you can use kayaks and there is a small restaurant
the condo has 2 more restaurants. one by the Polo fields and one at the Golf club.
the condo is located very conveniently for any activities, without the traffic problems of the main village roads.
