Litoria Mission Beach is a pavilion home located in the beachside village of Mission Beach. Tucked against reserve and less than a minutes’ walk (about 150m) from the beach, you’ll experience the best of both worlds when you stay at Litoria. Kids love the free splash pad, playground, skate park and basketball court just a 5–10min walk away. The space
Litoria was designed for holidaying in the tropics—the perfect place to relax with family and friends. We’ve done many road trips staying in some great holiday houses and we wanted to include the best bits in our little piece of paradise. Whether you’re escaping the hustle and bustle for a weekend or wanting to stay a little longer, Litoria is more than just a place to lay your head—it’s a tropical holiday experience.

Experience nature without compromising your creature comforts with the modern open plan design. You’ll enjoy rainforest and garden views from the kitchen, living and dining building (pod) which opens up onto the outdoor living area—the heart of the house. Why not whip up a gourmet dinner in the fully equipped kitchen (down to the kitchen scales), throw a sausage on the barbecue on the undercover patio or brew up an early morning coffee and enjoy the birdsongs on the back deck before the rest of the house rises!

At Litoria the indoors merge with the out, providing a relaxed resort feel. Living and bedroom pods are connected by a decked breezeway, interspersed with gardens and a water feature, which captures the cool sea breezes. With 4 bedrooms spread across 2 bedroom-pods, everyone can still have their own space to retreat to. Our modern bathrooms also embrace our tropical surrounds, opening up onto private garden courtyards.

Fully pet friendly with concrete floors and fences, there is no need to leave your furry friend at home. We allow pets indoors but not on the furniture. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if your pets have been on the furniture. Pet bowls are also provided.

We provide a welcome kit on arrival with dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, toilet paper, hand wash and shower gel—just enough to get you started. There is a Woolworths supermarket 5mins drive around the corner.

Configuration
As a pavilion home our bedrooms are spread over 2 pods (buildings). The main bedroom pod has 2 bedrooms, ensuite, powder room and laundry (with washer and dryer). The second bedroom pod has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, security screens on opening windows, a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.

Master bedroom (sleeps 2)—1 x queen bed, ensuite with private garden courtyard, walk-in-robe and television.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2)—1 x double bed

Second bedroom pod
Bedroom 3 (sleeps 2)—1 x queen bed and television

Bedroom 4 (sleeps 2)—2 x single beds

The house sleeps a maximum of 8 people. We offer a special rate for singles, couples or small families. Please see the Litoria Mission Beach-couples listing for more information.

Guest access and interaction
As our guests you will have exclusive access to the whole house and fenced gardens. Please enjoy the house as if it were your own. If you have any questions or would just like to know the best place to grab a bite, then please contact Melissa anytime.

Please be aware that as with many seaside towns, mobile phone coverage does vary with provider and location depending on tower signals. If you are with Telstra or Optus you will experience the best coverage. Unfortunately, mobile phone coverage can be an issue for Vodafone users. In the house, connect to our free WIFI and enable WIFI calling on your phone.

Woolworths supermarket opens six days a week, but it’s closed on Sunday’s. There is a mini-mart and fruit shop, located in the main Mission Beach township, that open on Sunday’s for any essential supplies.

Mission Beach has some great cafes and restaurants spread across the four seaside villages. Most are only small, so we recommend you make reservations especially for dinner.
