The Rustic Retreat is a newly constructed, open design barn decorated with tasteful primitive and antiques furniture and decor, which adds to the serenity and simplicity of the space. Amenities include WiFi, two flat screen TV’s (plus an outdoor TV), dart board, board games, gas stove, Keurig, coffee maker, gas fireplace, HVAC units upstairs and downstairs, two downstairs bathrooms, one with a claw foot tub with shower and washer/dryer, one with a walk in shower and double vanity, outdoor living space with gas fireplace, charcoal grills, gas grill, fire pit, 6-person jetted hot tub overlooking the goat pasture and access to 10 acre blueberry farm and farm animals, including highland cows, alpacas, goats, pigs, peacocks, and chickens.

Simple, yet cozy and serene, the space includes two downstairs bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the second with a king bed. Enjoy a great night’s rest on the high end mattresses. Each downstairs bedroom also has a sound machine and charging station for your convenience. The first bathroom off of the kitchen is spacious and provides a claw foot tub/shower combo, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and other amenities. There is a stacked washer/dryer and detergent and dryer sheets are provided. The second newly constructed bathroom is off of the master bedroom and has a walk in tile shower and double sink vanity. The kitchen is fully functional and well stocked with everything you need to cook, both indoors or out. Spices, oils, and other basic cooking supplies are provided. A drip coffee maker with filters and coffee grounds as well as Keurig with pods are available for you to use during your stay. A toaster, microwave, and ice maker are additional amenities provided in the kitchen. You will have plenty of trash bags, paper towels, etc as well. The stairs with railing lead to a large open upstairs area. Two more smaller bedrooms are upstairs with a twin bed in each, and one with a pop up trundle bed. We provide lots of board games, dart board, corn hole, etc for endless fun and entertainment.

The Rustic Retreat is located on the same property as Kasie & Jason's home, but has it's own driveway and fenced and gated entry. Dead bolts on all three doors of the barn offer a feeling of security once you're inside.

We are kid friendly, but not “kid proof.” There are stairs, sharp edges, cords, and small items that could be hazardous for little ones. We recommend ages 6 and up as appropriate kid ages for our space.

The entire barn area is included with the rental. Blueberry fields (in season June and July) are located directly in front on the barn and animals are located directly behind the barn.

Your hosts, Jason and Kasie are only a phone call/text away and live in another home on the property.

O5 Farms has lots of visitors in June and July when berries are in season. Enjoy picking your own blueberries as you experience farm life and get to know the animals on the farm.

Pets may be allowed but must be pre-approved and there is a pet fee.

We are conveniently located about a mile from downtown Jefferson and approximately 3 miles from I-85. We are about two miles down from Walnut Hill Farms event destination and only 20 minutes from downtown Athens/UGA.

There is plenty of space for parking in gravel driveway.
