This 3 bedroom 3 full bath townhome at Turnberry in Palmetto Dunes Golf/Tennis Resort. Palmetto Dunes offers central location on Hilton Head Island across from Shelter Cove Marina with Tuesday night fireworks are during summer season The second floor master bedroom offers a king bed and full bath with tub shower. The second bedroom on the second floor offers 2 twin beds and a private full bath.
There is a third bedroom on the first floor with a full bath in the hall. There is a new large television in living room. The kitchen has been updated with new stove and microwave and has been recently painted. The living room and back deck overlook the golf course. Turnberry Villas offers a wonderful swimming and kiddie pool, playground and picnic shelter. Walk or bike to the beach, or enjoy tennis, golf, dining or shopping!

My friends and I love staying at Turnberry. It’s so quiet and beautiful. We saw a herd of about 29 see on late night as we returned to the condo. We had a great time and loved how accommodating Sea Breeze rental was with everything

Ugrades Needed

Gratefulvfor tge home and space, however, many updates are needed in this until. There are cracks in the walls and drawers are broken. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Palmetto Dunes Condo

Loved the location on the 10th green of the Fazio course. There for a grandson’s tournament so it was perfect. All three bathrooms have extremely dated plumbing fixtures needing repair/replaced. Kitchen lacks basic requirements (dishes, glassware, etc). Linens need to be upgraded. Condo needs instruction manual for tv. The AC works great. For the price the updates are crucial but we would definitely return.

Everything was good -except for the commication was not good. The cleanliness of the property was not good at all. There are damaged closet doors. water damage and we had to was all the dishes before using. There was an open bag of animal crackers in one bedroom

Perfect size & location - needs serious updating

This villa is ideally located and quite large, easily accommodating 6+ adults comfortably. If owner would just fix or update all appliances and make sure all outlets function. as well as consider some other much needed cosmetic updates, the place would be perfect! We would go back - if appliances are replaced.

Turnberry Hilton Head

The location of the condo is great. Right on the 10th hole (Green) of the George Fazio Golf Course. Also, the condo is close to a walking/running/bike trail; 1/2 mile to General Store, pickle ball courts; and less than a mile away to the beach. The pool is only a short walk away. The condo served our purposes, but some of the furniture was fragile (kitchen table and some of the chairs), the air conditioning cooled some rooms more than others (the master bedroom was overly cold), and the overall condition of the condo was okay. Not fancy, but certainly livable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Good stay

This property is spacious, feels a bit worn out. We liked good quality mattresses and overall layout. However the kitchen offered only 2 coffee mugs. Beach is close by if you are willing to take a bike ride. A walk might be a bit long in hot weather.
