4BD/3BA Gorgeous vacation home for 12 guests

This gorgeous vacation home sleeps up to 12 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house is located at Storey Lake Resort, one of the best resort communities of Central Florida, only a few minutes from Disney World Parks, great restaurants and the best tourist attractions. The guests will enjoy:

As pictured

The unit was nice and comfortable. I was happy to find a stroller in the closet to use for Seaworld since we didn’t bring one. Minimal items for cooking, but we only made breakfast everyday so that was fine. Not enough seating in the living area, an extra chair would’ve been nice but no biggie. Check in process was a little confusing since the address to main gate was not listed. The clubhouse with the pool was very strict with bag checks and not allowing any outside food or drinks in. It was hard to find chairs as the day went on. But overall a nice place, we would stay again.

Great Place

Purpose for our visit: Discovery Cove, Aquatica, Volcano Bay Pros: the pics matched what you got. House was super spacious. We had a total of 7 people. The kids rooms had 2 beds each which was nice, no fighting or arguing. Their rooms were also SUPER CUTE. The pool was nice but we didn't utilize it (super small, but picture showed that clearly). Alpha was very responsive. The place was clean and this particular unit was in a good location on the property. We didn't utilize the water park area due to being gone daily. Cons: There are A LOT of rules. If you do this, they will charge you, if you do that, they will charge you. So it was nerve wracking making sure the kids didn't touch or accidentally break anything. They don't provide bathroom wash cloths and it clearly stated that. So we had to pack some. The bedroom ceiling fans were a huge part in me picking this unit but sadly it had one slow speed and didn't do justice. I wish the unit came with an information packet for the property. We did not know exactly where the water park/resort area was. We did not know how to work the digital a/c but Alpha quickly responded and helped us. The binder specified a certain way to lock the door when you left, which was complicated. But it must of not been updated because our door locked a different way. All in all, I would recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay!

Let me start off saying the communication between myself and the property manager was top notch. They immediately answered every time I had a question. I was very impressed with the professionalism. The town home was in excellent condition minus very minimal cosmetic details. The washer and dryer are on the top floor and worked great except for being quite loud even with the doors closed. We did not do laundry overnight because of this. The beds were comfortable. The linens (bedding, towels, etc) were clean and fresh. Everything needed to cook in a kitchen was provided. If you plan to cook at this property though, you will need to remember to bring all cooking essentials (oil, salt and pepper, etc). You will also need to bring extra trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper if staying an extended amount of time. The pool was small but nice to take a quick dip in at the end of the day. The property is located at a resort where you can access a lazy river and large pool (make sure to bring pool towels). Getting a float at the lazy river was a challenge though as well as finding a spot to sit or lay out. It took us 20 minutes to drive to Disney and 30 minutes to drive to Universal. Not too bad considering traffic in Orlando. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and would book this property again.
