Amplias avenidas ideales para un paseo en bicicleta, patines y patinetas. Puedes haces uso de las dos canchas de paddle tennis.
El fraccionamiento es sumamente seguro, hay vigilancia y acceso controlado las 24 horas del día.
Cuentas con todos los servicios sala, comedor, cocina integral, refrigerador, lavadora, 3 recamaras, 4 baños y una recamará más de servicio con dos camas individuales, vestíbulo, sala y comedor con aire acondicionado y ventiladores, 2 cajones de estacionamientos, cuarto de servicio con baño completo, área de lavado con pileta, lavadero y boiler, 2 canceles de acceso al jardín y alberca, y escaleras de acceso a planta alta, 3 Recámaras con aire acondicionado y ventiladores.
