Located on a quiet and secluded beach, the 2 bed/2 bath condo has a balcony with stunning views of pool and beach and is full of amenities (flat-screen TVs with chromecast, WIFI, well-equipped kitchen). The resort has security, a restaurant, a bar, and a fitness center.

AND: Our housekeeper Judy cooks (breakfast) & cleans for you, free of charge!

THE RESORT:

THE APARTMENT:
•A beautifully decorated apartment
•Beautiful views of the pool and beach from the balcony and all rooms
•Only meters away from the pool and beach
•2 bedrooms (one with a king bed, the other with 2 full beds) with ensuite bathrooms
•3 flat-screen TVs (2 with Chromecast Ultra and 1 with Amazon Fire TV Cube)
•WIFI
•AC, fans, washer, dryer, and modern kitchen with large fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker etc.

FREE HOUSEKEEPING AND COOKING:
• Our caretaker Judy is available to you, free of charge, every day from 9am to 4pm (except Wednesdays and bank holidays).

• Judy is vaccinated against COVID-19

• Judy cleans the apartment daily (if you wish) so that you can enjoy returning to a clean apartment when you have been away in town or on the beach. This has been particularly appreciated by families with children but also by adult travellers.

• If you provide her with groceries she will prepare you a breakfast of your choice every morning. Her cooking is free of charge. If you wish her to cook lunch/dinner or buy groceries, you would need to ask her for her availability and negotiate a fee with her directly.

• She will work around your schedule so if you do not need her during the day you can always release her early or ask her to come at specific times. If you do not want to her to come daily, that’s fine too! Please note though that she will need to come every three days as there are certain things she has to do to support you and maintain the apartment (get drinking water, take out the trash, do laundry etc). But other than that you can have your privacy if you wish.

• She will also be available for questions (in Spanish but she has plenty of experience with non-Spanish speaking guests) about the apartment, local area and to help you with daily needs. If you do not speak Spanish, you can use DeepL, Google Translate, SayHi and other translation apps to communicate.

• Judy is off every Wednesday. If you stay longer than a week, we ask that you give her an additional day off, if possible.

• If you wish to use her services outside of the above hours or want her to cook for non-guests (e.g. friends or family), you would have to directly arrange the times and costs with her.

From 9am to 4pm her services are free of charge!

One more thing, please read the house rules carefully!

Please include all your guests in the booking (maximum occupancy is 5 people, including children and infants). Day/overnight visitors beyond the registered guests are not permitted (see house rules for details).

Note on use of washer/dryer
• If you stay longer than 5 days we offer you to use the washer/dryer in the apartment (we use the 5-day rule because electricity on the island is very expensive and the washer/dryer uses a lot of it and we want to keep the nightly rate low for our guests). Of course, if you have a big load or urgently need to wash, just ask Judy and she’ll be happy to accommodate. For the same reasons, we would be grateful if you could limit laundry to 2 loads a week.
• To ensure the longevity of the appliances, we ask that you do not operate the washer/dryer yourself. Judy will be more than happy to do it for you!

Please be assured, and you may glean this from the reviews, that we take cleaning and having a spotless place very seriously. Judy, our housekeeper/cook will make sure of that!
