For convenience, an ideal location and spectacular sunsets over the Three Brothers Rocks, Dock of the Bay 102 is a choice spot in the Taft District of Lincoln City. You can walk right out your door to the sandy beach of Siletz Bay, where seabirds call overhead and harbor seals bob in the water.

It’s a short stroll to the Pacific Ocean, past Mo’s seafood restaurant, a crabbing dock, piles of driftwood and a favorite seal lounging spot. You may never get in your car during your stay, because you can also walk to a grocery, bar, restaurants, a bakery, a hardware store and a glass-blowing studio—there’s even a spa called Rejuvenation.

You’ll stay in an updated, spacious condo with sweet amenities such as a lovely fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and granite countertops in the kitchen. Each bedroom comes with its own bath, so it’s easy to invite friends to join you. Hop the shuttle to the Chinook Winds Casino or venture south to Depoe Bay or Newport, or explore the rest of Lincoln City. Or just stay put! The Ocean was not really visible from our room.We wanted the fireplace at night. But no duraflame logs.Didn't use the fireplace. Wish it were gas.The worst part was getting into our Unit.We couldn't get the key out of the Top deadbolt lock.Called the Manager and person came to help right away!That part was great !After that we had a very good stay.

Both beds were very comfortable and cozy. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots & pans amd utensils. We enjoyed sitting outside in the Adirondack chairs watching all the bird activity during low tide. Will definitely recommend to friends & family and will book another stay in the future.

Needs some work. Unfortunately, I had stayed in this condo before and it needed work then! I am ok with the older places if they are clean and maintained, however this place has very noticeable repairs that need fixed and they are clearly left undone! I will make sure to never stay there again! Big hole in ceiling above bath/shower where fan is, attachment to shower head in other bathroom needs repaired, closet door in master has no trim and is broken! I gave it a 3 because it was clean.

Loved the location. Only thing that could be improved is the shower head so low, couches had non stop feathers coming out, and getting the key out of the security box took awhile to figure out.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We appreciated being on the ground floor and the view was perfect. The beach area was easy to get to and it was the perfect place to enjoy a bonfire. I must say the bed in the master bedroom was so comfy. I didn't want to get out of bed, but adventure awaited us. It's so cool to see low tide replaced with high tide, then it's back to people exploring again when the water went away. It was great!

Place was right on the bay. Morning walks to the ocean- beautiful even when cloudy and wet. Close proximity to good restaurants , groceries, presto logs and more. Very comfortable

Pros: very well stocked kitchen. Ocean/bay front patio excellent. Lots of good quality towels and bed linens. Nice updated kitchen. Love Taft District, very walkable. Cons: condo had a musty, old, not fresh odor. Bought plug in deodorizers that helped some. Although the condo bathrooms, kitchen were surface clean, the unit needs a deep clean. The cleaning person showed up only one hour before check in stating she had a lot of properties to clean. Frankly I'm amazed she did such a good job in an hour but the place needs to be cleaned top to bottom.

Great location.

The property was stocked with everything we needed. We were in walking distance of restaurants and shopping. You can walk right out of the back door to the beach. It was lovely.

Lincoln City was wonderful!

The two-bedroom condo we had was great. It was clean, it was right on the bay and everything was accurate based on the pictures. There is a great little bar not very far away that serves a good breakfast, there was clam digging, kite flying and lots of sea lions to look at. Very good location!

Relaxing getaway spot

This was the perfect spot for three sisters to get together. Easy access for beach walking, seafood lunches, wildlife watching in the bay from the patio. Fully stocked kitchen, though we could have used instructions for the coffee maker. Overall, we would be happy to stay here again or recommend it to others.
