Guest Bedroom: The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a day bed with a dedicated bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. ​

Living and Dining Areas: The open-concept living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, creating a perfect space for relaxation. Adjacent to the living area, the dining space seats seven, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample cookware, including a Dual Keurig coffee maker. ​

Private Balcony: Step out onto the expansive (300 sq, ft,) balcony to witness breathtaking sunsets and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves, accessible from both the master bedroom and living room. ​We are located on the 22nd floor which offers some of the most stunning views of marine life you will ever see.

Pool: Take advantage of our indoor/outdoor pool, including a heated pool, perfect for swimming and sunbathing. ​ There is a steam room located at the pool also and a large Hot Tub Oceanside.

Beach Access: With direct beach access, spend your days lounging on the pristine sands or engaging in water activities.​ Our condo comes with free beach service which includes 2 loungers, table and umbrella.

GREAT VISIT. VERY PRETTY CONDO.

EVERYTHING WAS AS EXPECTED. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS WITH THE PARKING. I HAVE A SMALL BMW AND COULD BARELY GET INTO THE TINY SPOT I WAS ASSIGNED. MY CAR DOORS ENDED UP WITH DINGS AND PAINT MISSING.

GREAT Place to Stay!

Room was nice, cozy and very well kept. The owner of the room has exquisite taste, very nice finishes. The upper floors of the condo give the absolute best views. To top everything off, you get free beach chairs! Great place to stay, highly recommended.

Excellent Condo

This was above and beyond what we expected. Stayed here for a week with my wife and boys (3 & 6) and it could not have been better. The condo is excellent and everything is very nice and clean and the amenities (appliances, etc.) are well above standard. We will be staying here again and would recommend this to anyone. The area is very nice and not as busy as the other areas but still close enough to access with ease.

This condo was wonderful!! It is exactly as it appears in the pics!! And had all the amenities of home! Decorated so cute! Amazing view of the gulf. Fabulous balcony sitting area. Robyn was super responsive! They even had extra chairs to use for the beach!! Would totally stay again!!

YaYa Beach Vacation

We loved this condo. The balcony was so nice and had plenty of seats for our group. The beach chairs and umbrella included was such a plus. Robyn was so quick to respond with any question we had. No complaints with the condo at all. If you are a pool person, the pool is very small.

Perfect Getaway

We felt the condo was actually even nicer in person than the pictures and description. Tropic Winds is a single high rise tower which meant the beach didn’t get over crowded like it did in front of the other towers to the east and west. It is located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants but it’s not right in the middle of all the craziness and traffic. It really is the perfect beach getaway if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the beach without feeling overcrowded.

Beach Front w/amazing balcony, gorgeous condo

This property was everything pictured! Upper floor of building so views of beach, ocean, sunsets - everything we hoped it would be. The balcony is the best part of the condo IMO. I could start my day on it and finish my evening sitting out in the dark watching the stars and listening to the relaxing surf. Our first night I saw a shooting star! I'm a big city girl and can't see these at home. There is one floor above this unit so the typical noises of people above you. Two of the nights of our stay it seemed as if they were bowling, literally above us. But it didn't ruin our stay. They finally settled down around midnight. Then it was quiet for the rest of our stay. The condo is gorgeous, well kept and has lots of extras in the cabinets in case you forgot the sugar for your tea or a spice to cook with. The beds were comfortable and we had NO complaints of concerns. Loved the sofa! I could not get the dishwasher to run a program or start and the owner was very responsive and the cleaner who I called in desperation answered and said she'd look at it when she arrived. My only anxiety the entire stay was the teeny-tiny parking garage, parking space, and my SUV (Honda Pilot). I made the kids get out and go on up to condo BEFORE I tried to park my car between a wall and another car. I don't rear park often and this was a challenge for me. Stressful! We loved this condo and its location - west of the crowds and traffic further down the beach.

What makes this property unique

We love all the on-site amenities including the indoor/outdoor heated pool, hot tub, charcoal & gas grills, picnic tables, sauna, steam room, and the workout room that over looks the ocean! Because our tower stands alone, our beach front is not crowded like others areas are. We are in a great location for shopping, restaurants, grocery store, fish market...everything is very convenient! Pier Park is a favorite of ours and has shopping, restaurants, movie theater, sky wheel, mini golf, Dave & Busters, and lots of kid friendly things to do!
