12'x25' Saltwater Resort Style Pool. Please note the pool is not heated and does not have heating capability.

* 55" Samsung smart TVs is in each of the two living areas. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with Spectrum Cable and WiFi

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN CONSIDERING SERENITY BLUE

1. Linens are included in the cleaning fee.

2. Pets are allowed (2 pets or less) with a $150 pet fee; we do NOT have size restrictions but do require a copy of vaccination records. If you are traveling with more than two pets, please inquire!

3. We only rent to families or professional adults. Must be over the age of 25 to book. We do NOT rent to student groups under any circumstances. No house parties: occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

4. Fully KEYLESS property: no waiting in lines to check in!

5. Early Check-in and Late Check-out may be possible for a fee.

Beautiful property, unfortunately a storm came and flooded the property and we had to evacuate the house. Flooded one of our rental cars trying to leave.
