Newly made, modern 50m2 apartment of family Brajkovic was built exclusively for the comfort of our guests. It has everything a man needs for a good and relaxed vacations.

Apartment has airconditioning, underfloor heathing in every room where you can choose your very own temperature, two bedrooms and can wellcome up to 4 persons.

After a long day at the old citty center that is just on 15 min walking distance or a good swimm just 200m from the appartment, you can relax with our SMART-SAT/TV, free internet or on the lovely terrace.

Kitchen is equiped with everythig you need for a comfort use. It has dishwasher, oven, electric stove and microwave. Also water heater, coffe machine and toaster.

Bathroom has washing maschine.

We have private parking space for our guests

Schönes Appartement und tolle Gastgeber

Milica und Franko sind sehr zuvorkommende und tolle Gastgeber gewesen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und egal worum es geht, die beiden sind immer schnell mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle.

wunderschöner Urlaub in toller Wohnung und netten Vermietern

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in toller und modern ausgestatteter Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt am Ortsrand von Rovinj in ruhiger Lage am kleinen Pinienwald nur rund 200 Meter entfernt. Zu Fuß läuft man ca. 15 min bis ins Zentrum von Rovinj, nahezu perfekt. Das KFZ kann hinter dem Einfahrtstor auf einem der beiden Stellplätze sicher abgestellt werden. Die Vermieter Milica und Franko (welche wenige Minuten entfernt wohnen) sind äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, wir werden wiederkommen! Ein großes Kompliment an die Vermieter, hat alles super gut und unkompliziert geklappt, so soll es sein!
