Great Choice

This was a great alternative to the hustle and bustle of San Antonio hotels. It was also centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. Would definitely stay again.

Charming Property

This is our second stay here and we love it. It is so cute, super clean, Christmas decorations were adorable. We had such a great stay - lots of games, great outdoor area - decorated porch, fire pit, lights - just the best. My daughters and I love the break from regular city life. We will be back!

Wonderful piece of Texas Hill Country

This house was even more lovely then the pictures. Everything you need is ready for you. The back porch and yard was a perfect spot for the family to gather in the evening. A wonderful host to great care of us.

Best of Both Worlds

Our family chose this property because it seemed to be a good balance between proximity to San Antonio and a quiet retreat. The property didn’t disappoint in either regard! We loved being able to take in the sites during the day in the city with a reasonable drive, and return to the property for a campfire dinner and s’mores. The home is well-appointed and immaculately clean. Would highly recommend.

Quiet and relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Cardinale. It’s very quiet and secluded in the trees. Probably the best stocked with supplies, etc of any VRBO we’ve stayed in. Nora was an attentive host without being intrusive. We accidentally left behind a small item that she happily agreed to ship to us. Would absolutely return if our travels take us to Helotes in the future.

Absolute Oasis in Helotes

I can’t say enough great things about our stay here. The owners are so nice and the cabin was absolutely what we needed. Peace and quiet, they have everything you need for a family with kids. Pack and play, toys, kids book, playground, all the pots and pans, COLD AC, fire pit. We will be coming back many times! We went to sea world and the zoo, it’s close to everything but secluded. Beautiful night sky and El Chapparel was awesome, splurge for the margs!

Concert trip

Went to see concert at John T Floore’s store in Helotes. Location of cabin was 9 miles from the concert location. Recommend visiting Boerne also for walking and shops. 20 min drive away

Darling getaway

This cabin is delightful! It's filled with literally everything you need for a great stay. It's quiet which is so welcome after visiting San Antonio. If I'm ever down that way again, I would definitely stay another time.

A very comfortable house

We stayed here for our friends wedding which was a few miles down the road at The Oaks at Heavenly. The property has lots of cool trees and the house has really nice open floor plan.
