About this property

Your Luxury Mountain Adventure Home

Our luxurious mountain retreat has everything you need to pamper yourself, your family and friends! It has location, comfortable furnishings, room to spread out, great bedding, an incredibly stocked kitchen, level access garage, hi-def/smart TVs throughout, high speed internet, a private Jacuzzi to soak your tired happy body, and so much more! And most of all, the owners lovingly pay attention to the details, are friendly and accommodating, always striving to make your vacation special!!

THE HOME
This house sleeps up to eight people with room to spread out. The first floor includes a beautiful open floor plan with kitchen (unbelievably equipped for any gourmet meal prep and with all new appliances in 2022), dining and living area. The master bedroom suite includes a walk-in closet, and a second king bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. Step outside and there’s a private patio with your own Jacuzzi, built-in gas BBQ and firepit.

There’s a spacious two car garage with ski/board racks and room to store all the toys. Clear the cars out and it’s time for some ping pong with our championship all weather table.

Head up to the second floor and you’ll find a wonderful large family room with a 65 inch smart TV, DVDs, pool table, foosball, and stand-up arcade machine with over 4,000 games. There are also two bedrooms, each with two twin beds. A full bathroom completes the scene.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our home is located in the Trapper’s Ridge neighborhood of aptly named Eden, UT. Renting our home gives you and your group access to all our community has to offer, including a beautiful clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, tennis / pickleball court, basketball hoop, and walking/ hiking trails.

THE AREA
Conveniently located near some of the best skiing in the world, your vacation retreat is about 10 minutes from Powder Mountain (Ski Magazine’s 2024 #1 Mountain in the West), 20 minutes from incredible Snowbasin Resort (home of the 2002 and 2034 Olympic downhill, and Ski Magazine’s 2025 #1 Mountain in the West), and 7 minutes from Wolf Mountain (family friendly with night skiing) Park City and Little Cottonwood Canyons (Snowbird and Alta) are both an easy 60 min drive away.

But winter is only part of the story. Hiking, mountain biking, golf, road cycling, water sports, motor sports, horseback riding, rafting, tubing or relaxing, whatever your pleasure – Ogden Valley offers it all. You are centrally located. Step onto the hiking trail just outside your back door and enjoy the stunning views of the Ogden Valley and breath the clean air. The golf course is 4 just minutes away and you're about 7 minutes from the Pineview Marina.

Do come visit and thoroughly enjoy your home away from home. You won’t want to leave!

This home was a perfect place for a relaxing stay for our family. We enjoyed all the activities at the house- game tables, board games, movies, hot tub. There were lawn games like corn hole and frisbee games we took to a park and played. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We had a great stay in this wonderful home! Lots of fun playing at Pineview Reservoir. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with all the basic amenities we needed. We're Carol and Donna. Carol lives in Eden on the next block to this house and Donna lives near Lake Tahoe. We have been friends for 30 years and have each owned various rental properties in the Snowbird region. Donna also owns a 2 bedroom condo over at Lakeside in Huntsville and rents it on VRBO (483199). Before Carol moved to Eden, she lived in Salt Lake City. Carol would come up and stay at the Lakeside condo and soon fell in love with the region. So we bought this house together and lovingly furnished it for your comfort. We are seasoned owners and understand our guests' needs and how to provide you with the best possible experience.

Carol then decided to leave the city and move to Eden. She is meticulous in maintaining the property checking on it to make sure the guests have all they need. Donna still works but plays as often as possible, and loves to ski, hike and cycle and will never say no to a rafting trip. Donna will be your primary interface when you book, making sure all your needs are met. Carol will be your go to person if you need anything. You'll enjoy renting from us - we promise!

Why they chose this property

We were looking for a beautiful, larger property without all the stairs of the condos in the region and a garage for quick getaways on a powder morning. No friends on a powder day!!! We also wanted a property that could offer all the amenities of a condo, but more privacy. This property hit the mark. We have our own private Jacuzzi, and a community pool, fitness center and clubhouse. It is well located with quick access to Powder Mountain, Snowbasin and the golf course. And Donna especially loves the hiking trail right outside the door.

What makes this property unique

Carol and Donna both love to cook. The kitchen is a cook's dream - everything you want is there. We lovingly paid attention to every single detail when furnishing this house. Carol and Donna designed and made all the window treatments, and bedding to add that special personal touch. And believe it or not, we're still friends!
