Please read full description- this is our personal home and some amenities are included / not included because of this.

We require a two night minimum stay on regular weekends and a three night minimum stay on holidays, three day weekends and big events in Austin including but not limited to: Austin City Limits weekends in October, F1 racing in October, the week around Thanksgiving in November, the two weeks around Christmas and New Years and the Texas spring break (SXSW festival).

We have a bright open kitchen, dining and living space downstairs with a piano and fresh water aquarium for your entertainment. Our dining room table comfortably seats 8 and can be extended with two leaves to seat up to 12. The island has an additional four stools to sit at. This open concept looks out to our fenced in back yard where we have toys, balls, slides, swings, tables for adults and children, speakers, fan, and a gas grill.

In place of a TV in our home, we have a pull down screen and a projector that can be set up in the main living room. We connect laptops to the HDMI cord to stream movies and shows and use the TV adaptor box to get basic TV channels. This is the only available TV option in our home. We do not provide a TV in any other room or streaming services to log into. BRING YOUR OWN COMPUTER to hook to the HDMI cord to do any streaming.

The primary bedroom and bathroom is off the kitchen with a king size bed, double vanity sink, soaking tub, and walk in shower.

An additional bedroom that we use for an office and guest room with sofa bed sits off the front door. Our laundry room and a half bath make up the rest of the main floor.

Upstairs we have two bedrooms, a bathroom with a double vanity and an additional living room that we use for a playroom. You’ll find an assortment of toys our children use to entertain themselves in the playroom. The bedrooms include a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on bottom and twin bed on top. This room also has a toddler bed. The second room has a full-size bed.

All of the dressers and bathroom drawers will be emptied of our belongings. The master closet is not available for use but we have a garment rack and hanging shelves. The upstairs closets have bins and boxes in them but have space for guests to hang clothes or store luggage.
