This well-decorated and appointed home is perfect for your Breckenridge Escape. It is a 5-minute drive to downtown. It is easily located just East of downtown Breckenridge at the 200 block of High Point Drive, Breckenridge, CO. This house is tucked into the forest of Baldy Mountain. Four-wheel drive or front-wheel drive with chains is required from October to May.

During the winter, you'll be treated to beautiful snowy mountain views all around the property.

The layout of the house is on 3 levels and is accessible via the front door or garage.

Ski Weekend Getaway

Visited with 8 people (4 couples) for a Breckenridge long ski weekend! The house was perfect for what we needed - super cozy & comfortable. A short (4-5 minute) ride from downtown - would definitely stay here again!

Great ski weekend home!

My friends and I stayed in this property for a 3 day ski trip, and we would happily stay here again. The location was great, about a 5 minute drive to gondolas. The property was very clean, and we had everything we needed for a great weekend.

Breck vaca during Covid-19

Perfect for a friend group!

We had a great stay at this property! Loved the unique house. It has a great living room with plenty of seating for everyone to gather around and play games, watch movies, and enjoy the view out of the big windows. It was really the perfect size for our friend group of 6 adults. The property manager was very sweet to also have the driveway plowed when it had snowed overnight. Location is a great base for doing activities in and around Breckenridge! Would recommend!

Perfect place!

My wife and I stayed here with another couple and had the best time. The house is very cozy and has PLENTY of accommodations to host many more than just us 4! Hot tub was great, kitchen was very useful, showers were warm, we had no complaints! One word of advice- if you are coming here during winter when there is snow, you really must have AWD to get in the entrance. It's very steep and has no sun exposure, so it will be slippery. Make sure you get some good speed on the way up!

Breck Winter Wonderland

We rented this house for our annual couple's ski getaway with friends from Denver. The location is great - just above town but in a wooded wonderland so you feel like it's private, away from the bustle of town. Shuttle to town and the ski area is a 7 min walk from the house which was nice for part of our group. The fireplace is fairly complicated to operate and the resources left at the house were not very helpful, but the heat worked well.

Breckenridge Mountainside Retreat

We enjoyed our stay. The location is a little bit out of the downtown area, but not too far. It is about a 15 minute walk to the trolley stop. There are good views of the mountains. The house was large enough to be comfortable for our group of 8. Having two floors gave families with kids a place to stretch out. I enjoyed the art and the kids enjoyed the animal heads and rugs in the living room. The kids also enjoyed the hot tub. A minor problem was resolved quickly. The kitchen was workable. the house feels like a family house rather than having standard Air Bnb furniture. Overall a good place to stay on the side of the mountain!

Fantastic House and Prime Location

My wife and 6 kids comfortably fit in this house. This has been the best house we have found in Breck. A few things: 1) house has a private drive- large enough for our 2 large vehicles. 2) The living room was large enough for all 8 to gather comfortably. 3) Location, Location, Location. It’s close enough to walk to Main Street and the City Mart grocery is a 5 min drive. Also- it’s 5 min from the Boreas Pass Trailhead. Cannot beat the location. 4) plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family to fit comfortably. 5) Grill is good sized and was used a lot in cooking. 6) Property host was very responsive if questions came up. 7) outside deck is very private and was a great place to read/relax each morning/evening Overall- a fantastic house in a fantastic location. Won’t hesitate to book this again.

Dissatisfied

I do not like giving poor reviews but I felt the owners of the property should know. Breckenridge is beautiful, we enjoyed the sights and all the activities! However, the house did not work out well. The bones of the house are amazing, the layout worked great for our family, but the over- all up keep was disappointing. The carpet and sofa were dirty and old. The ceiling fan wouldn't work, when my son tried to turn it on he got shocked twice from the light switch (top level). The sofa bed was out of commission. There was a big critter living and scratching behind the master bath wall. All the beds were very hard, therefore we didn't get much sleep. This house could be very beautiful with some work. We did leave a day early:(

Family Ski Trip

This place was wonderful and met all our needs. With adult and teen kids there were plenty of places to hang out. Kitchen was spacious and well stocked. We had a 4wd so the steep drive was no issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation!

iTrip again this year delivered a property that was clean, fully stocked and as advertised. Carla was especially helpful explaining the somewhat complicated television controls to a non- techie. We had a need for a service call on the hot tub and handled our need quickly. We will be back next year!

Family Thanksgiving Trip

The house was perfect for our needs. The separate upstairs and downstairs really gave everyone space to relax after spending all day together. There were even sleds in the garage that we used! The only things that I could think of to make the space better would be more towels and utensils in the kitchen as well as an update on the dishwasher. Other than that, we had a great stay. Oh, also the pellet heater in the living room was a big hit!
