The apartment has two sunny double room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The spacious kitchen in the Azorean style and the bathroom are located on the upper floors at.
From the balcony on the west side there is a magnificent view over the bay with the island's capital Ponta Delgada.
There is an orchard with banana, orange lemon and fig trees. In the flower garden by
West you can enjoy the balmy evenings Azores.
In about 3 km away is the small fishing village of Agua de Pau and the small fishing port of Caloura with rocky beach and close to sandy beaches and romantic bays.
Shopping for daily needs are here in Agua de Pau, just as restaurants and pizzerias.
In Lagoa, about 15-min. eliminator, there is a large super-
market with an extensive range.

The old house has a lovely atmosphere, surrounded by fields and with sea view and beautiful sunsets. It’s a short drive from beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful old house in a lovely location

Beautiful old house in a lovely location with easy access to both sides of the island. The pictures don't do the house justice, it was much larger than we expected with high ceilings and tall windows, all of the latter with beautiful views. Peter was very welcoming and the language barrier wasn't too much of a problem (we don't speak german or portugese).

Si vous cherchez l'endroit idĂ©al c'est ici. En 30 ans de location de gĂźtes, France, Portugal, Canada, etc...celui-ci est au top. Grand, lumineux, immense terrasse et beaux couchers de soleil (pas aussi beau qu'Ă  Cacouna...). A la brunante surveiller les chauve-souris Ă  la chasse aux insectes (il en reste quand mĂȘme quelques-uns...) et le soir venu, Ă©couter le chant des cagarros (sans doute puffin cendrĂ©) juste au bout du terrain. Mais avant toute chose, des hĂŽtes extraordinaires de gentillesse, on en oublie la difficultĂ© de communication.

Le sĂ©jour c’est trĂšs bien dĂ©roulĂ©. Le logement est spacieux pour 2 personnes. Les Ă©quipements sont fonctionnels. La terrasse est trĂšs agrĂ©able et donne une belle vue sur Ponta Delgada et la mer. Notre seul remarque pourrait ĂȘtre le paiement de la machine Ă  laver qui n’est pas stipulĂ©e dans l’annonce (5). La communication avec les hĂŽtes se fait bien malgrĂ© le fait que nous ne parlons pas allemand/portugais nous avons toujours rĂ©ussi Ă  nous comprendre. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und könnten einen schönen Urlaub genießen. Aus unserer Sicht gab es nichts, was hĂ€tte besser sein können. Sehr schöne und liebevoll hergerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht, viel Platz innen und im Außenbereich, einen super Ausblick und sehr praktisch gelegen. Schönes Apartment mit gut ausgestatteter KĂŒche, in der man sehr gut diverse Speisen zubereiten kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzĂŒgig und stilvoll im klassischen Landhausstil eingerichtet. Die Doppelbetten haben gute Matratzen, sind aber relativ schmal, so dass man zu zweit etwas weniger Platz als gewohnt hat. Toll ist auch der Balkon, der mit seiner Lage super fĂŒr die Abendsonne ausgerichtet ist. Die Lage ist gut, um alle Orte auf der Insel zu erkunden. Man benötigt aber einen Mietwagen, um zu SupermĂ€rkten, StrĂ€nden oder SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten zu gelangen. Unsere Gastgeber waren zudem sehr freundlich.

Das Haus war fĂŒr uns genau richtig, nicht zu weit entfernt von Strand und dem nĂ€chsten Ort, am Abend total ruhig. Man hatte viel Platz. Bei Fragen konnte man sich immer an den Vermieter wenden. Perfekt war das angrenzende Melonenfeld, wo wir uns bedienen durften.

Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Man ist alleine in einer sehr großen Wohnung. Es ist aber nicht nur das Haus alt, sondern auch das Mobiliar.

Urlaub in einem ehrwĂŒrdigen Haus mit Charakter

Wir waren 12 Tage in diesem alt-ehrwĂŒrdigen Haus zu Gast. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und sich viel Zeit fĂŒr uns genommen. Wir saßen einige Abende zusammen, was sehr angenehm war. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung passt vom Stil her gut zum Alter dieses Hauses mit Charakter. Die antiken Möbel strahlen Behaglichkeit aus. Wer nicht in einer Null-Acht-FĂŒnfzehn Ferienwohnung sein möchte und die Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Die Wohnung ist separat begehbar und wirklich sehr groß. Man ist hier völlig fĂŒr sich und hat völlige Ruhe. In der KĂŒche steht ein Gasherd, den wir aber nur ein Mal benutzt haben. Daher können wir sagen, dass der Herd einwandfrei funktioniert. Einen GeschirrspĂŒler gibt es nicht, was aber fĂŒr uns kein Problem war. Ebenso gibt es keinen Whirpool, wie das bei der Ausstattung der Unterkunft angegeben wurde. Dies sollte korrigiert werden. Den Strand kann man von der Unterkunft aus nicht erreichen, da das Haus auf einer Anhöhe steht und es zum Meer steil nach unten geht. Man hat aber einen herrlichen Blick auf den Atlantik und auf Ponta Delgada, was besonders am Abend, wenn in Ponta die Lichter angehen, sehr schön ist. In klaren NĂ€chten sieht man einen wunderschönen Sternenhimmel. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wĂŒrden diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein charaktervolles altehrwĂŒrdiges Haus mit starken WĂ€nden und hohen Decken mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf den Atlantik und die Bucht vor Ponta Delgada erwarteten uns. Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft

Sehr sehr schöne Wohnung in einem alten wunderbar hergerichteten Haus bei Peter und Margit. Wir haben super Tips bekommen, wo man essen kann und welche Stellen, es sich anzuschauen lohnt. Der Tip, bei "Moby Dick" eine Tour mit dem Schiff zu buchen war prima!! Viel Platz und alles, was man braucht. KĂŒche gut ausgestattet, sogar ein paar GewĂŒrze und Öl waren vorhanden, falls man kochen möchte. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Atlantik. Auto wird definitiv benötigt, um einzukaufen und um die auf der Insel verteilten Wanderungen und SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten zu erreichen.

Une belle maison ancienne au milieu de la nature

Une maison ancienne dont le caractĂšre a Ă©tĂ© prĂ©servĂ©, disposant des avantages de la vie actuelle. Belles et grandes chambres lumineuses avec parquet ancien, grande cuisine avec tout le nĂ©cessaire, salle d’eau agrĂ©able. Toutes les piĂšces, situĂ©es en Ă©tage, sont claires et offrent des vues plaisantes, ici sur des champs peuplĂ©s de vaches paisibles, lĂ  sur l’ocĂ©an et sur Ponta Delgada avec ses lumiĂšres le soir. La maison est d’un grand calme, retirĂ©e de la route, de toute façon peu circulante, les seuls sons sont ceux des oiseaux. Les propriĂ©taires, qui habitent Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, dans un bĂątiment formant une annexe, sont charmants et discrets, le fait qu’ils ne parlent que l’allemand n’est pas un problĂšme, Peter nous a montrĂ© les divers points pratiques Ă  l’arrivĂ©e et, quand nĂ©cessaire, a utilisĂ© la traduction orale d’un smartphone. Dans la petite ville proche, Água de Pau, un restaurant simple et populaire au bon rapport qualitĂ©-prix, et un personnel jeune et aimable, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’église, Paraiso Mileno. À Lagoa, un restaurant aux plats variĂ©s et originaux, d’un prix convenable, dans un bĂątiment de style moderniste, Paladares da Quinta. Nous sommes allĂ©s deux fois dans chacun. Pour les courses, Continente Ă  Lagoa, un peu vieillot, et, Ă  12 minutes par la 4-voies, un Pingo Doce rĂ©cent et bien achalandĂ© Ă  l’entrĂ©e de Vila Franca do Campo. La belle et champĂȘtre maison oĂč nous avons passĂ© une semaine est idĂ©alement situĂ©e, avec les commerces utiles Ă  proximitĂ©, des restaurants, outre ceux ici indiquĂ©s, et les routes pour les divers lieux importants de l’üle. Un grand merci Ă  nos hĂŽtes pour nous avoir ainsi permis ce sĂ©jour agrĂ©able.

Traumhafte Wohnung in azoreanischem Landhaus

Entspannung mit schönem Blick

Ganz besonders haben wir den Blick vom Westbalkon abends genossen, Sternenhimmel, die Lichter von Ponta Delgada, und dazu das Konzert der Sturmtaucher. Das schöne, alte Haus liegt verkehrsgĂŒnstig und hat einen wunderbar angelegten Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit der Familie

Wir waren im Juli fĂŒr 18 Tage auf Sao Miguel. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass es ein toller und entspannter Urlaub war. FeWo: Liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber, entsprechend der Beschreibung, es war alles da, was man braucht Gastgeber: Nett, freundlich, unaufdringlich, man konnte alles fragen Urlaubsort: tolle Insel, wunderschöne Natur, man kann schöne Wanderung unternehmen, im Meer baden, tolle Wellen am Barbarastrand, der nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist, Mietwagen unbedingt empfehlenswert Kann die Ferienwohnung uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen!!!!
