This is truly the perfect beach house! Come enjoy the cool summer breezes and water views of the Atlantic Ocean, Point Judith Lighthouse, Jamestown's Beavertail Point and the East Passage to Newport Harbor. This 6 large bedroom and 3 bath home has a great layout, for families to have a great vacation, with eat in kitchen, dining area and outside grilling area deck off kitchen and living room. You will be within walking distance to 5 restaurants, an ice cream stand, clam cakes and chowder hall and a short drive or bike ride to 3 outstanding family beaches: Sand Hill Cove, Fisherman's Beach and Scarborough Beach. Narragansett Pier and Town Beach is just a few miles down the road from Scarborough Beach with shops, food and surf rentals. You are also minutes away to the Block Island Ferry, for day trips, Fishing boats and Marinas or take a walk to the Point Judith Lighthouse. There are endless area activities available for you and your family to stay busy or simply place your beach chairs and toes in the sand and RELAX!
