The place itself was perfect for our group as it had everything we needed and was extremely clean when we arrived. I'd highly recommend staying at this property if you are looking for a place in Poipu. PS. The sunrises from the property are perfect!

Overall, we loved the property and the location. The master shower temperature adjustment was a little finicky and the living room furniture could use an upgrade. But we would definitely stay there again.

New Year Stay

The place grew on us. Initial disappointment over lack of pool right by property, no air conditioning and dated furniture, eventually disappeared as the week went on given the nice ocean view from 1 of 2 balconies, the proximity to Shipwreck Beach and Poipu and you essentially have a small single family home all to yourselves. Folks at Suite Paradise very nice and communicative.

Great property

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this unit and didn’t mind the walk uphill from the parking lot. The receptionist was friendly. The rooms were comfortable. The location is close to Poipu beach and made it easy for us to visit the beach every day. Most of the restaurants and grocery stores are about 2 miles drive. I would stay here again if I ever visit Kaua’i.

Definitely would stay again!

My friends and I were very happy with this property. It was clean and very comfortable. From the lanai, you could see Shipwreck Beach. It is about a 10 minute drive to Koloa and a bit shorter to Poipu Beach, where you can see Hawaiian green turtles come ashore at night to rest. A couple of house keeping issues came up, ie a clogged shower drain and a blown fuse, but once reported they were fixed promptly. My friends and I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, felt a little bigger than pictured. Nice views, and good service. The check-in process wasn't 100% clear... we drove around a bit before we figured out that we needed to check in with the Suite Paradise office off the main road. But once we found it the women working the counter there were very, very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable condo near shops and southern beaches

We enjoyed our stay here and the condo worked well for our family with ages ranging from 15-80. Overall a very nice stay. The property managers were great. The kitchen could use some staples such as coffee filters (I bought a permanent filter for the coffee maker), cooking oil, and spices. It's nice not to have to dash out to grab these things upon arrival. This place was very close to Shipwreck Beach (you can see it from the deck). We never used the pool as it was too far of a walk, but not an issue for us as we are ocean people.

Great Stand Alone Home for a Family

Lovely, clean, single family beach home just a short walk from Shipwreck and Poipu Beaches. Two big lanais for dining-in or watching the surf roll-in by the Hyatt nearby. Easy parking, and breezy which is nice as many homes here (including this one) have no A.C. Windows open you can hear the surf at night. Quiet neighborhood with access to Fitness Club which is a short drive from the home. If you want to swim, head to Poipu beach. The rip tides at Shipwreck are quite dangerous. Many dining and shopping options that are close. Great for a leisurely family trip. We will be back!

Great home for family w/older kids

House was well appointed and had great space for our family (2 parents, 3 kids between 12-16). This unit is stand-alone so you aren't sharing walls with any other condos which is nice. The outdoor deck space was awesome as was the sea breeze most (most!!) nights. It was super clean, but had enough written rules that I felt a little bit like a kid that might mess something up and get in trouble. Also know that it is up a short staircase and longer pathway to the house, so hauling stuff may be an issue. Also isn't actually in the Poipu Kai resort area, you are segregated (along with one other condo building) from the main paths/pools/amenities by a good half block. Only other downside was the beds and pillows were mixed reviews. I thought the king was quite uncomfortable. My boys in the front bedroom thought the beds were almost unbearable. My daughter in the back room thought it was fine.

Classy, Upscale Property near Poipu Beach

This is a classy place near Poipu Beach and within walking distance of Shipwreck Beach. Prior to arrival the management accommodated my request of swapping a king bed for two singles (this was greatly appreciated). The unit is very tastefully decorated, is beautifully landscaped and has a well equipped kitchen.

Great property for a family reunion with a delightful outdoor dining space and a very, fully furnished kitchen. If you like books, there is plenty for all ages and genres, from Babar to Tom Clancy.

The property was perfect for our needs. The pictures of the kitchen made it seem bigger, but no problem, perhaps you could sharpen the knives, they are extremely dull . Not good for cutting the delicious pineapples. Loved watching the sunrise from the balcony!

Wonderful house with great view

We really loved the beautifully decorated house. Especially the lanai in the shade was great - we ate every breakfast al fresco and had the impression to sit in a tropical botanical garden, surrounded by flowers. To get to the Poipu beach we recommend to have a car. It is walking distance but we always bring lots of gear for the kids. The pool is also a few minutes away but very nice and clean. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the nice bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for cooking. The only thing that we missed was an umbrella and a cooler. We bought both and left it in the apartment ;-)
