We'd like to inform prospective guests that a roofing project will be
underway during your stay if you book a unit in Manualoha from 1/2025 to 5/2025.
In consideration of this, we have adjusted and discounted our rates
accordingly for the affected dates, should you choose to proceed with
your booking. Please call in to ensure your selected building will not
be worked on during your dates as this is not permitted during this
project.

If your preferred accommodation is available and selected, you and your
guests may experience noise from the construction work, and parking
spaces adjacent to the affected buildings may be occupied by
construction equipment. We kindly recommend using the existing alternate parking spaces and walking to your unit.

We appreciate your understanding during this time and remain committed to ensuring you have a pleasant stay!

Wonderful property. Amazing location. Pools and grounds are beautiful. View from the lanai is picture perfect. Condo was well stocked and very comfortable. This is a location we hope to come back to!

Perfect spot

The location, view and property were perfect. Everything in the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, cooler, rain umbrella and roosters for alarm clock 😃 . We will be back!

1 year anniversary

My husband and I spent 6 days here for our one year anniversary. The room was very clean and well-equipped for our stay. It is a great location within minutes from the beach and with a gorgeous ocean view. They even had a bottle of white wine and chilled glasses ready for us ready in the refrigerator! We had a wonderful time!

Kauai Anniversary

The property is beautiful. Loved morning coffee on the lanais watching the waves. The unit is very clean and spacious. The portable ac unit in the living room was a plus. The location is close to restaurants and shops. A chilled bottle of wine was a nice surprise when we arrived. We will definitely look to stay here again. Aloha.

Sharp Knives

Basically a nice unit with great views and adjacent to the ocean front and good walking paths. I only have one question….why don’t rentals ever have sharp knives??? We always travel with at least 1 good knife.

Lovely Stay and View at Poipu

Location is so close to beach -- ideal to enjoy your personal lanai hearing the waves break on Brennecke beach and seeing the sunsets over the water. We walked to Brennecke & Poipu beaches (5 min & 10 min respectively) - It would be 5 stars had we not had roof construction barricades blocking direct access to paths and making parking a little further away. We were early risers so construction noise didn't bother us much and as we were out in day to beaches, Waimea canyon etc. We were told about the roof replacements on condos only a month before our trip, limiting our choices to rebook (we did receive a discount for it though). Great shower in Master bath. Found hidden cooking pans in a recessed corner nook on last day lol! Had best Tommy Bahama beach chairs (no umbrella - but can rent one 10 a day or 30 nearby) The AC unit in living room doesn't really work well -didn't use, but opening windows creates natural cool breezes w ceiling fans (extra standing fans too) So close to restaurants. Enjoyed our stay here!
