Featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this comfortable modern home has everything in place to make your stay in Agnes Water an incredibly memorable one. The Reef is fully fenced and has plenty of flat ground space for parking a number of large boats plus a double lock up garage. No pets permitted.
The Reef holiday home is situated in a perfect location with a short flat stroll to the beautiful Agnes Water main beach,2km to main Agnes Water shopping & cafe precinct & 3km to 1770 boat ramp & marina.
Backyard features the added convenience of a large stainless fish fillet bench with water access plus a 2nd large chest freezer to store your catch, bait & ice in the double garage.

Great location - coffee van (with friendly dog Sharon!) 10 min walk or short stroll down the beach!

Clean, convenient & comfortable property! Room enough for everyone including cars & boats - nice quiet streets to stroll or ride to the beach just 5 mins walk away - right between towns so easy to explore - visit the info centre to get details of all the walks, attractions & places to eat to plan out your days unless you choose to just sit on the beach & chill 😊

Affordable, comfortable getaway.

Property was clean, comfortable and was within a short walk to the beach. Perhaps better/higher watt light bulbs could be used in the house, so that it is not so dark at night time.

Agnes Water December 2020

Overall we were happy with our 2 week stay. The house was as per our expectations, the BBQ received a good work out. We learnt to check in advance the opening hours for takeaways and bakery. Our dogs enjoyed the large and private backyard. The Dog friendly off leash beach is a 500 metres walk or a 1 minute drive away. Fishing was good, although seas were rough at times around high tide and there was some afternoon wind, which you expect. Plenty to explore in the forestry in a moderate 4WD. Easy to find a beach to enjoy in private or with only a few people. Huge bonus was seeing the turtle nesting tracks in the sand, early morning. The beaches were nice for walking. Surfing, swinning and fishing. A relaxing 2 weeks.
