Surf Hunter
A comfortable beach home perfectly located in the heart of Agnes Water township. Literally a hop skip and jump to all amenities including the Tavern, cafes, restaurants, shops plus the beautiful Agnes Water main beach.
The property includes free Wifi and offers three spacious bedrooms with expansive decks for enjoying bbqs & our coastal breezes

Strictly a maximum of 6 adults only _ remainder must be children

Sleeping up to 10 people - in three spacious bedrooms


Main bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite.
Bedroom 2 and 3 have queen beds plus a set of bunks in each.
Fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher and large family fridge, comfortable lounge with TV, free Wifi, main bathroom with bath
Fans throughout, laundry facilities.
Large yard and driveway so plenty of room to park a few boats plus downstairs behind the first roller door is a second fridge/freezer for your catch and bait. 1770 Marina and boat ramp is only 5km drive.

Pets are not permitted

Byo - Linen - sheets, towels, pillow slips, bath mat, tea towels & beach towels

Please note downstairs is not available as this is the owners locked granny flat they use occasionally.

Fishing trip

Great house with good facilities, plenty of room for boats with a great water supply. Made the most of the fish cleaning table. A wonderful all round stay.

Real.Estate were a disgrace.

Accommodation and location were great. The owners visited for maintenance and were friendly and nice.Real estate were advised of damages prior to our arrival, and did not even care. Be wary of them. Im waiting to be slugged for these damages. Written communication to the real estate has been ignored.

Perfect family place

This house had everything we needed for our family group to stay in. Plenty of crockery etc, comfy beds, lovely bathrooms. It is in a great location. Walking distance to shops. Just needs a thorough clean.

Great facility

Perfectly positioned for everything Agnes Water/1770. Short walk to shops/restaurants, short drive to boat ramp. Wonderful set up for a fishing or family group. House had everything possibly required, quality furnishings and fit out. Overall - comfortable, spotless and very well presented.

Surf Hunter is a great house, very comfortable and clean. Great location for walking to tavern, shops and beach. Plenty of room for cars and boats. We have stayed here before and will continue to stay here.
