With unobstructed views of the Sherwin Mountains, a private outdoor deck to admire the view, and an inviting gas fireplace for chilly Winter nights, this mountain base is ideal for peaceful or adventurous getaways with families and friends.

Hardwood beams, cast-iron accents, and Old Hollywood-era photos offer a classic ski lodge feel inside this 3-level retreat. After a day on the mountain, curl up in the 2-story living space, where a wraparound sofa and vintage leather armchair frame a cozy stone fireplace and mounted TV, for a restful evening of cocktails and cocoa by the fire. Through the French doors awaits a spacious private deck with outdoor lounge furniture, a barbecue grill, firepit, and mountain views. This level also hosts a washer and dryer to ensure gear is ready for the next day’s adventures.

Downstairs, indulge in a late-night soak in the private hot tub or follow the paved path leading to the Town Loop

For easy access to Mammoth Mountain or entertainment downtown, hop on the free town shuttle or take advantage of the 2-car garage. For ski access, visit Eagle Lodge (7 minutes, 1.7 miles), Canyon Lodge (12 minutes, 2.8 miles), or Main Lodge (20 minutes, 5.8 miles).

This townhome was perfect for our family of 8 (including 2 children). It has a fantastic layout and is quite spacious. The furnishings and the beds are very comfortable! The kitchen is fantastic! Everything you need to cook if you are so inclined. I loved that there were some basic spices here. We also enjoyed the walking trail into town. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Mammoth.

The house was amazing! Very comfortable for 8 people . Kitchen was well stocked , everything you could possibly need and then some. Nice hot tub. Sound system throughout. Close to ski slopes, sledding and snowshoeing. It was a great week!

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Mammoth, clean, well stocked for cooking and each of the 4 bedrooms had its own bathroom. Way ride over to Eagle or Canyon.

This is an absolutely beautiful house with perfect proximity to the town and slopes. We loved our stay and the layout of the house with two bedrooms on the third floor and two on the first floor allowed a nice degree of separation between parents and children. The house was unusually well appointed for a vacation rental in terms of furniture, technology, kitchen and dining accoutrements, etc. We would absolutely stay again.Our only constructive feedback is that the listing photos of the house show a hot tub on the first floor patio area, however, this was padlocked for our stay, and when we inquired via text about the hot tub, we were directed to the community hot tub, which is not particularly feasible when blizzarding as it was for nearly all of our day. If this amenity is not available to renters, the photos should be removed as we were expecting it.

Amazing house! Top notch amenities and furnishings. 5 min drive to Eagle Lodge. Wonderful stay. Hot tub is on the smaller side but there is not enough room for a larger one on the patio. We loved our stay!

Great condo overlooking the mountains from the back deck. The kitchen has everything like you are home. Very clean and the inside is very modern and updated. We would definitely stay here again. 3 story layout with 2 masters on the top floor and the 2 additional bedrooms on the bottom 3rd floor. Thank you!

Our best stay yet in Mammoth!

This property was even better than advertised. Beautiful spacious home that was fully stocked and super cozy. The home had high end finishes and amenities like a whole house Sonos system, easy to light gas fireplace, TVs in each room, and a gourmet kitchen. This was a perfect mountain retreat for two families and we all loved the hot tub after a day on the mountain. Never need to research another place in Mammoth- this is the one for us and hope to go back again for our next ski trip!

Amazing VRBO

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO we didn’t plan on cooking that much but this kitchen makes you want to cook.It was so nice to go out and do some stuff around Mammoth and be able to come back to such a nice place,it was definitely worth the price this place makes you feel like your at home or even better.It very spacious and has an awesome open floor plan.We even had some deer right off the back porch on a few of the mornings.

Beautiful Modern and Rustic Retreat

This is a beautiful new home which is fabulously decorated and stocked with all of the items you need to enjoy your stay. The views on the deck are spectacular and the home is located in a quiet section of Mammoth. The staff was attentive and responded quickly to any maintenance needs or questions about the property. One suggestion would be to have a “how to” book available for renters to understand the operation of the home and to give an overall welcome to Mammoth.Thank you for our wonderful stay in this beautiful home.

Best Mammoth Stay Ever

We came to Mammoth for a 3-day mountain bike trip with friends. From the pictures, the house is amazing, in real time, it was spectacular. The home has everything a gourmet cook would need. Very well appointed in every sense. Modern decor, nice balcony to hang out for happy hour. Each room is en-suite with two master bedrooms upstairs and the other two downstairs which gave each couple ample privacy. The location is great, unobstructed views of the mountains and trees. We will definitely come back! Thanks to the property managers for being so helpful.

Wonderful retreat

This place lives up to its photos and overall it was a 5 star experience. The kitchen has tons of amenities, the BBQ is piped right into the house's gas line so you don't need to worry about propane, and there are heaters built into the balcony - awesome! There were only a couple minor things I want to point out for future renters: 1. The spa was not filled nor did it appear to be working when we arrived. We were given a spa code during check in, but it wasn't clear what it was even for since we had our own private spa just outside the downstairs rooms? A bit disappointing that the spa was not operational. 2. Parking is not clear at all. You get a 2 car garage, but it isn't obvious if you can park in any of the outdoor parking areas near the neighboring condos.
