Spacious deck with plenty of comfortable seating, dinning area, overlooking lake with plenty of shade to enjoy summer afternoons with second deck area on ground level. Boat launch just down the street. Plenty of parking and level yard for kids to play. A canoe and kayaks available for renters use.

On the first level is a comfortable master suite with king bed, tile shower, garden tub and 50" TV and Blu Ray Player. Guest king bedroom with private bathroom with 37" TV and Blu Ray Player. Open family room with 25ft. ceilings, fireplace, 70” TV with Amazon/Netflix, dinning area that seats 10 and kitchen. Small office desk fully equipped with office supplies, all-in-one printer to take care of any basic business needs while you are away.

Upstairs provides amazing lake views with one king bedroom with private bathroom, 42" TV and Blu Ray player and another bedroom with two twins with bathroom, 37" TV and Blu Ray player. Bonus room provides a dream space for kids: 70” TV, PS4 with games, Apple TV, great seating for movies and two twin beds.

Relax lakeside in hammock or in adirondack chairs on dock watching the family enjoy the lake. Secure your boat and PWC at your own private dock. Great swimming area with water ranging from 3 ft. to 8ft in a safe - non boat traffic area.

Lake Martin Auburn Gameday

This is a beautiful home on prime Lake Martin lakefront. It was the perfect location for a quick ride into Auburn. It is also in close proximity to several marinas and restaurants. I would 100% stay at this location again in the future. Paul and Christy were very communicative and easy to work with during this booking.

Fantastic Lake fun!

Clean, comfortable, and perfect dock for our group. Host was great with communication and the back deck area was the best for enjoying family time. We kayaked, cruised the lake to visit all the fun spots and enjoyed games during the pop up summer shower. We can’t wait for another vacation here.

We have spent the last 20 years building a family through long-term placed foster care through WinShape Homes - founded by Founder of Chick-fil-a - Truett Cathy. We have raised 25 children and have 7 grandchildren. The floor plan of this home is perfect for our family and allows us to enjoy our children and grandchildren. Our neighbors are tremendously friendly - everyone seems to be just an extension of our family. This location provides easy and quick access to the best attractions on the lake and just 30 minutes to Auburn.

What makes this property unique

The swimming area is great for kids and a safe area for playing, kayaking, and canoeing. Plenty of big water views to see water activities at a distance. Fuel your watercraft just a half mile away at Chuck's Marina. So much convenience yet so much privacy. The open floor plan of the house allows relaxing from the family room to the large deck. The bonus room gives kids a place of their own upstairs but easy to supervise as needed.
