Welcome to our charming 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, 2-story home nestled on the stunning shores of Lake Martin. Located just a stone's throw away from popular attractions like Chimney Rock and Goat Island, our lakeside retreat offers the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully furnished space that has been thoughtfully updated to provide a comfortable and modern environment for your stay. The main level features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient half bath.

The master suite, located on the main level, boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep. Downstairs, you'll find a second living area w/ a 60” connected tv, ideal for the kids to have their own space to relax and play.

The remaining three bedrooms on the lower level offer a variety of sleeping arrangements. One bedroom features a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience. The second bedroom also offers a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is a bunk room with double beds, perfect for the little ones or extra guests. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s, new plush mattresses and new fresh bedding as well as new towels for all bathrooms.

Our home's prime location on Lake Martin is a great place to escape. With a boat slip, as well as ample room for personal watercraft, you'll have easy access to the sparkling clear waters right from your doorstep. Feel free to bring your boat trailer, we provide convenient storage for it.

When you're ready to explore the area, take a short boat ride to nearby Kowaliga restaurant, Chucks, or The Landing, where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine and soak in the vibrant lake atmosphere.

For a change of scenery, just steps away from our home, you'll find a community pool where you can take a refreshing dip or simply lounge poolside and soak up the sun. our property is located in a wonderful neighborhood with great renters and residence.

College friends wedding weekend

We had a such a fun visit to Lake Martin. The house was perfect for how many people we had, the pool was close and clean, and David, the host, was so responsive and communicative. The view of the lake was also a plus. If we were to ever find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely stay here!

Quiet Family Fun Spring Break

We decided to find a spot away from the spring break craziness and found this beautiful property. The Lake front property, pool, spacious clean home, and quiet neighborhood was perfect for our group. David was super helpful and provided information about the lake and surrounding area leading up to the trip. Thank you!

Perfect spot! Great aesthetic

We stayed here with our adult children and their SOs. Perfect floor plan for our space and for them to be together downstairs. Outdoor fireplace was a hit. We enjoyed every minute.
