THE HOUSE (and all it has to offer)
The Stay N Play Oasis is well appointed with all the big and little amenities that make you feel completely at home.

The beautiful primary King suite with office & sitting area is graced with a lovely spa bath, the private queen guest bedroom is down its own hall and just adjacent to another full bath. The nice size den offers ample space to conduct business and also includes a sitting area with a queen pullout for 2. While the home can accommodate 6 just fine, it lives most comfortably with 4 occupants at a time.

The house is graced with cozy areas to get away and still provides an open floor plan for those times when you would like to entertain. The home offers quality furnishings, Southwest artistic touches and has everything from the best kitchen gadgets, cozy throws, great board games, to all kinds of pool toys and floats. The outdoor space is equipped with a large SS BBQ grill, and additional electric grill for those small gatherings or when its just the two of you, an inviting circle lounge couch w/Iron table fire pit, a grassy sun pad with relaxing loungers for sunbathing, and a lovely dining area with umbrella (3 to chose from)...all this and the well manicured mature landscaping surrounds the centerpiece of the private oasis...the pebble tech pool and spa (heated pool is an option if you like). Not to worry, privacy is what you'll get in this back yard oasis surrounded by a gated block wall and mature plantings with large palms and fruit trees.

On those days when you want to nestle in from the sun, the interior enjoys quality furnishings, (not just staging but real home décor) that surrounds you with comfort and an "at home" feel. The Cook’s kitchen is said to be one of the best appointed kitchens most have enjoyed at in their VRBO experience - that's might be because the owner is a lover of all things cooking and baking, if your a foodie too, you'll enjoy the layout and kitchen stock.

The formal (but not too formal) dining area is a natural gathering spot with seating for 8 around the big farmhouse table and 2 more at the bar. An additional kitchen breakfast nook area seats 4. The open floor plan and finishes along with the attention to all the "soft" details, make you want for nothing. You may not want to leave!

Drop your bags, grab a towel and a cold drink and then go sit by the beautiful pool, soak up some gorgeous Arizona sunshine, or read a book, take a dip in the hot tub, stretch out on the soft leather couches and watch a bit of TV. Hey, take a nap in either of the comfy, well appointed bedroom suites; do what makes you feel like your vacation just might be the best one yet.

THE AREA:
Now…if "gettin out and about" is your thing...then this home is located in the center of it all – The Grand boasts, 4 championship golf courses (you'll have your own cart, yeah!), tennis and pickle ball courts, putting greens, and 2 community centers with state-of-the-art facilities graced with lap pools, play pools, hot tubs, and so much more; there are several yummy restaurants to choose from right here within Grand too. Note: Access to all resort facilities are available for guests staying 30 days or more w/a fee (see below). Jump in "little red", the fast little GOLF CART and head out to go watch a softball game just up the street at the stunning state of the art Grand Field, or take one of the three bikes and ride on the wide wandering walking/riding paths to your next adventure! Ice cream is just a 5-minute bike or cart ride away at The Grand Café (at the Adobe Center)- one of my guilty weekly or even daily pleasures, when the grand kids are in town!

It’s all here! The perfect location to take in a Cactus League ball game (just 20 minutes from many of the sports complexes) or do some shopping, see a movie, enjoy a concert, or even a hike in the White Tank Mountains just minutes away. Don't miss FatCats arcade/bowling/movie spot if you want a bit of family fun or maybe wine and dinner out is your thing...then Cooper's Hawk has to be on your list of good food and spirits. This is truly resort living in an oasis with so many options for dining out. And, if you want to explore Jerome, or Sedona they are just a hop up the nearest highway, get there by lunch and see those red rocks for yourself! Our personal favorite is going up to Wickenburg for an authentic Mexican lunch and roaming around the antique shops. The Grand Canyon is just a few hours away too, if you haven't been there, you gotta go!

SHOPPING:
Costco (10 mins) and various groceries are just minutes away; Trader Joe's, Bashas, Fry's, Albertson's, and Safeway. Drugstores: Walgreens and CVS are 5 mins out. And...if you can think of a restaurant chain, Surprise has it - Bell Rd (10 mins out) is packed with every kind of delight food wise.

MY PROMISE:
Once you are here, you will be glad you chose the Arizona "Stay N Play" home; my goal is to make sure you feel like every detail was considered with you in mind. I want you to love it, tell your friends, or maybe you'll want to keep it a secret so you can come back again and again!

Personalized care and service is paramount, so in keeping with that goal, I decorate, stock, and manage my own home rather than leave it to a property management company. I am available to you by phone day or night, and my staff is very responsive if something comes up.

RULES and GUIDELINES:

- AGE REQUIREMENT: This active resort community requires that at least one member of your leasing party be age 45 or better.
- CHECK IN: 4:00 PM or later (keyless self check in)
- CHECK OUT: 10:00 AM
- RESERVATIONS: All reservations require a signed lease agreement prior to arrival and copies of drivers licenses for all adult occupants.
- LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: All last-minute reservations are subject to an additional fee.
- POOL: during the months of April to September, the pool is not heated (water is plenty warm).
- POOL HEAT: Other months of the year, guests are welcome to arrange to heat the pool for an additional fee. (pool agreement must be signed if heating).
- SPA USE: The spa may be used at any time - the heating of the spa is allowed and included with the leasing of the home.
GOLF CART USE: Only occupants age 25 or older may drive the cart (within The Grand community only) and must posses a valid DL and insurance.
- DOGS: Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis ONLY - must be pre-approved and part of the lease agreement w/additional deposit. Sorry, cats are not an option under any circumstances, owner is allergic
-NO Smoking, No Vaping (not in the home OR outside the home within 20 ft of the structure)
-NO large gatherings (the home is set up to sleep 6 max, there may be an additional cleaning fee for parties more than 4 in occupancy)
- GUEST PASSES: The Grand does offer guest passes for those staying 30 days or more; the fee is $300pp for a 90 days pass (w/copy of lease)

LENGTHS of STAY:
The Grand is a community that requires a stay of 30 days or more for all leases. For dates like the month of February or stays longer than 60 days; please click the "contact owner" button to discuss pricing.
