Beautiful Villa backing onto the Golf course. We have stayed in a few villas in southern dunes and this villa was by far the best. Beautiful location. Beautiful clean modern villa. Beautiful pool. When we come back this will be our Villa of choice. Host was fantastic, checked all was ok during our stay. Super easy check in process. Couldnt be happier with the villa and the service for a fantastic holiday. Thank you

Just as Described - Wonderful Pool

Our family had a wonderful time. Everyone loved the pool & the water toys & floats were great. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds & all the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped & the Weber grill was an added bonus especially on the really hot days (96 degrees). Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Amazing home!

This home was amazing! Very clean, great layout, everything we needed to just relax! The pool was perfect for our family to enjoy the beautiful weather. It is very close to Orlando and tons of activities, however, we hardly ate out! We walked to the grocery each day and cooked in the beautiful kitchen! Host was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time. We would love to go back!

The home was indeed a home, everything had been thought of, the bedding was beautiful quality, the home beautifully done and the beds were so comfortable. The pool was in sun from 7am to it going down. The kitchen had everything anyone could want and was very well equipped. I would recommend this home to anyone, it was truly wonderful.

This place is absolutely wonderful, quiet neighborhood, very clean, comfortable home, beautiful views of the golf course ( we don’t golf but LOVED the green grass) very nice people all over. The owners communicated quickly and check in was very easy and no issues getting into the house. Loved watching the sun come up every morning over the green grass. Washer and dryer were very nice the beds were very comfortable. lots of pool toys for the kids. If you want a relaxing, clean enjoyable place surrounded by friendly people . This place is it!!! We CAN NOT wait go to back!

A true gem!

Property was very clean, and you can tell it is very well maintained. Overlooked golf course and fun to watch golfers go by. Pool was great. Shaded seating area by pool was perfect for this fair skinned freckle face. Hidden gem is golf course with VERY reasonable rates for twilight hours. Also has a place called THE BARN right at the course similar to a Top Golf experience. All this in the neighborhood! Fantastic food at the clubhouse and open to public. Convenient location, can walk to Walmart and grocery store if you wanted. Every kind of restaurant nearby. Easy drive into Orlando, no matter where you are, the Orlando area traffic is awful, but only had plans to visit attractions 2 days so this was perfect spot to be near parks and outlets but away from all the heavy tourist areas just to relax and enjoy all that was there.

Wow. Great house and great hosts. We were actually supposed to go to Cape Coral, but Hurricane Ian destroyed that. We send our best thoughts to the people in and around Cape Coral and Fort Meyers. We were lucky that there was a week available at Sibohan and Jonathan's house in the Southern Dunes Golf Resort. We have not regretted a single second in their lovely house, which has everything you could wish for. It should just be egg cups. 😊 The weather was just as fantastic as the hosts and the house, so we really enjoyed the lovely pool and all the garden furniture. The area itself is nice and well maintained. We would heartily recommend the house.

Excellent holiday home

We have just had the pleasure of staying at the villa, which was a last minute booking following storm Ian moving us back to this part of Florida and we know it very well. Jonathan was fantastic from start to end, it was a stressful start for us not knowing where we would end up, but fortunately as luck had it, this villa was free. You can tell this villa is loved, everything has been thought of from practicality to comfort. It’s the cleanest villa we have ever stayed in. There is an amazing amount of utensils, crockery and glasswear. It’s absolutely fantastic. The pool is a great size and I asked for heating which is always a nice treat despite the lovely heat of the day. We spent hours in there. We also had we friends join us for one evening that has also been displaced from Naples, this was no problem at all when an let the owners know, Jonathan is very quick and responsive when you send a message. The information brochure available for you, is the best we have ever seen. So carefully written and well thought through. We also added a few extra leaflets that we picked up whilst out and about. The only neighbours we saw were a few golf buggies flying past. It was so tranquil when we were there and I will always try and get a villa that isn’t overlooked. It’s really a wonderful villa and we will absolutely stay again, thanks again for everything Jonathan.

Beautiful home

It was a very nice convenient location. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook in, including grill, crock pot, and many cooking utensils. The patio/pool are was very relaxing and enjoyed many meals out there!!! Jon was very quick with communicating! We felt very safe in this gated community. The location was great. Walmart and ALDIs and many restaurants were very close. I would definitely stay here again!

A short stay

The house was very clean and was exactly as described , the only possible negative would be if you like a Colder temperature then 75 degrees in the house for us it was fine with the house fan's . A house that we would definitely stay at again.
