About this property

This tastefully equipped house (about 220 sq. m) has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. An electrically heated swimming pool with 11 m length and max. 1.90 m depth invites you to go swimming. Select your favourite place in the sun on the dock or on the terrace in front of the pool. Through the covering, you can enjoy your meals outdoors at all times. A gas grill is ready for you to use. The house was restored with love and equipped in 2009. The air conditioning was renewed in 2011. The kitchen is completely and spaciously equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. We also placed value on quality here. Families are welcome - basic water games including swimming aids are in the house. The pearl white beaches of the Gulf coast can be reached by boat or car in about 30 minutes. The Sunsplash Waterpark in northern Cape Coral is a great experience for children. You will find all you need in this villa for a relaxing family holiday with a lot of space or a luxurious/romantic time as a couple. Angel Haven can be your home on holiday - we are happy when you feel comfortable!

Love the Sun!

We always enjoy leaving the north and heading to Florida. The property mgr. was Soooo helpful and addressed any questions or concerns immediately. He Explained all the pool problems and even came to see for himself on a Sunday afternoon and made sure the pool problems were addressed and taken care of. The house met all out needs and in a great location. Could really use some new bed linens but we bought our own. Other than that and the neighbors barking dog we had a wonderful time.

Feb.. 2020 stay in Cape Coral

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Angel’s Haven. THe house was very spacious. Would like to have seen a more Florida color and decor. Major drawback was the pool which was supposed to be heated. The heater was not working properly, and since the sun only shines in the pool area until about 1 in the afternoon, the water never got warm enough to enjoy swimming. Also the skimmer was broken, so the pool man could not vacuume the pool, he only brushed it down.. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and convenient location to area attractions. Also enjoyed being able to park 2 cars in the garage.

very nice house an location

Stayed Jan, Feb 2017, nice quite location. House clean, roomy, very comfortable, dolphins came in our canal 3 x for almost an hour each time, quite a show.

Das Haus ist super schön und groß. Die Lage im Ort ist ruhig im einer sehr schönen gepflWohngegend.

Wir haben uns ein Boot gemietet und sind damit durch die Kanäle und aufs Meer gefahren - traumhaft. Man kann schön Radfahrern in der ruhigen Gegend. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht.
