JAW-DROPPING SAYULITA BEACHFRONT home! Heated pool on perfect ocean view deck.

This NEWLY RENOVATED amazing beachfront house is just what you are looking for to relax and vacation in Mexico! Conveniently located, this home is OCEANFRONT AND BEACHFRONT, with an awesome private heated dipping pool that has a stellar ocean view. The heated pool sits at the front of a large private ocean view deck on the front of our house, where you can enjoy the colorful Mexican sunsets while sipping margaritas.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and will sleep up to 7 comfortably. The first bedroom is a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has another king bed, and also has the option to split the king bed into 2 twin size beds, along with a private ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bed. The king bed can be split into twin beds if required. This bedroom has a bathroom across the hall. Total, the house will sleep a total of 7 persons comfortably. The house has hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The house has all the linens, bath towels, and beach towels you will need. Note there is air conditioning controlled by a remote control in all 3 bedrooms, and ceiling fans throughout the house for your comfort.

The house features a nice comfortable living room with views of the ocean. We have a wireless speaker that you can connect your music to, so you will be able to play your own music in the house. We have a free wireless internet connection for your use. We have indoor and outdoor sitting and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator/ freezer, gas oven with 4 burners and griddle, a blender (for margaritas), toaster, coffee maker, microwave, plus all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils you will need. Fresh drinking water is supplied. The outdoor ocean view deck features seating for 7 to relax on. We also supply 6 folding portable chairs and 2 umbrellas for your use at the beach. There is a washer, and dryer as well as a set your own code safe for your valuables. The complex has a night guard for your peace of mind.

The Los Delfines complex features 12 units, around 2 spotlessly clean swimming pools. This house, Delfines #1 is the front house located closest to the ocean and beach, all the other homes are behind us. The 2 shared swimming pools are located behind the house, they do not obstruct our ocean view. The complex has some shared common area space to enjoy, as well as some nice green areas. There is parking on a first come, first served basis, for both golf carts and cars. The complex is about an 8 minute walk to the downtown plaza and main surf break, where all the action happens. In downtown Sayulita you will find many restaurants, shopping, and activities. The house is close enough to walk to downtown, and yet far enough away from the noise that occurs some nights, at Delfines #1 you will hear the ocean at night.

Sayulita is a great town with a lot to offer. There are spas for those that want to be pampered, and many activities such as horseback riding on jungle trails, zip lines, ATV rentals, sport fishing, surfing, boogie boarding, and skim boarding. The sandy beach features nice swimming, sun tanning, snorkeling, and you can relax on the sand or rent an umbrella and chairs. On occasion dolphins and whales sport within sight. You can eat the street food, or sample the many restaurants in the area. You can see the fish the fishermen bring in, send the kids shopping at stores or booths in the town square, sample the local ice cream and baked goods, and best of all you can walk at night. For those interested in nightlife, there are several places that feature salsa dancing, or DJ music and dancing, depending on the night of the week and the time of year. The more adventurous can leave Sayulita to visit nearby towns and attractions.

The house itself was recently renovated in 2018 and just completed in 2020, it features many amenities and of course that million dollar ocean view. We support local programs and charities by donating a portion of proceeds to worthy causes within the community.
