About this property

Linden Place is a new gated Cabin located in the middle of Bluegrass Horse Farms

If you are tired of being quarantined at your home or appartment, this is your answer!

A disinfected 3 Year old cabin that contains a deluxe king sized bed along with a partial kitchen with appliances. Unit also has a full bath with deluxe messaging shower and an additional shower outside for use under the stars in complete privacy (outdoor shower is not open during winter months). The cabin also has WiFi and Satellite TV including a DVD player with over 100 movies to choose from. Two lounge chairs are provided for relaxation.

Snack food is provided as well as some breakfast food to begin your relaxing stay. Appliances include: Microwave, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffee maker along with a wide variety of coffee's and tea's that can be enjoyed on the back deck along side the horse pastures.

Additional appliances include: Hair Dryer, Iron and ironing board, and Vacuum .

Called "Linden Place", we are located in the middle of the Kentucky Blue Grass surrounded by horse farms. We are 2 miles from the Internationally known Kentucky Horse Park which hosts many equestrian events throughout the year. Close by, is also the Keenland Race Track, Bluegrass Airport and a wide variety of fine restaurants.

Your security is insured by main property gates that lock automatically and the owners house that is nearby. The owners are available 24 hours for anything that you may require

Cozy and friendly

Our stay here was all we wanted it to be and then some! Beautiful setting, peaceful, quiet and secure with the gate (a nice touch). The host gave us great suggestions and were very responsive to any questions and requests, in addition, very friendly! The notebooks in the home were informative and answered all of the usual questions. It truly was a wonderful experience, and we definitely will be back to spend more time.

I found this listing while looking for something close to the KY Horse Park. The property is gated, so you can leave things in your vehicle with no thoughts of having it tampered with. Gussie is a nice host, met us when we arrived. This place is just right for one or two people!

Being our lifelong dream (to live in this beautiful countryside), we enjoy the peace and serenity it has to offer and, even though we have traveled to many places, we always relish returning to this beautiful place in the Kentucky Bluegrass.

What makes this property unique

If you have never taken a shower under the stars in perfect privacy and security, this is your chance. Those of our previous borders who have, think it is the greatest! We ourselves do so the entire spring to fall season in our home nearby.
