With your own private pool, expansive waterfront deck, outdoor kitchenette including gas BBQ and fridge - This is the ultimate property for entertaining.

When it's time to explore this beautiful region, you are just around the corner from Port of Airlie, Boathaven Beach, cafes, restaurants and Saturday markets!

The Space:
With 5 incredibly comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a spectacular ensuite, this beautifully designed home is perfect for a family or group getaway.

Upstairs, the master bedroom looks out over the marina with its own private balcony. Three more bedrooms and a separate toilet/bathroom can be found toward the front of the property.

Make your way downstairs and discover another spacious bedroom, bathroom and laundry area. The modern open plan kitchen, living and dining area is perfect for relaxing after an awesome day on the Islands!

Open the folding glass doors and step out to the show-stopping views of the Marina. Grab a cold beverage, your favourite people and kick back here for the perfect sunset spot!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole house

The Neighborhood:
Gated and secure - close to the marina and from there a short walk to the main street of Airlie Beach.

No cars/trailers are allowed on road. Please park on the driveway only. No boat or van parking within estate

BOOK NOW (to avoid disappointment) a 25% deposit is required to confirm the booking

Amazing property and location

Wow what an amazing house. Our family of eight stayed here for a week and had a great time. Very spacious and more than comfortable. Close to the marina, cafe and retail outlets. Would highly recommend this beautiful place.
