Quiet location in the village, on the beach,

The apartment is upstairs and designed for two people.

It has a cozy ambience is modern and stylish. Available is a separate bedroom and a living room and kitchen area. The apartment is located in a quiet location in the heart of the village.

Of course we provide them a sitting on the balcony and a car parking space available for free. For their bikes a secure storage is available.

A 4-minute walk to the town center. There all opportunities for shopping, culture, sports and catering are available.

It is about 8-10 minutes to the beach.

The apartment is available all year round.


The stylish, modern and bright apartment is on the first First floor
our newly built holiday home in 2010 with a total of 2 units on a
landscaped grounds in the town center, but quiet. The fine sand beach and
the town center for shopping are within easy reach in 5-10 minutes.
The upstairs apartment has a separate entrance, a small anteroom
with wardrobe, a bright modern bathroom with shower and toilet, and an open living area
with comfortable seating incl. Radio + LCD TV and a nice dining area with virtually
equipped kitchenette and ceramic hob. In the bright bedroom are each a
Double and a single bed standing separately and an additional LCD television, should the
Be weather is not so good. On the furnished balcony you can leave your cozy evenings
winding down; You have a beautiful unobstructed view of the surroundings.
In addition, you have a free parking space for your car on the property and your bike
a secure storage available. Furthermore, in our
Rental price sheets and towels included, and must not be specially booked.

Important: From the open living area leads a free flight of stairs into the hall and

Eine kleine hervorragende Ferienwohnung mit alles was man sich so wünscht. Nette und freundliche Vermieterin. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt PS; Im Schlafzimmer müsste das Bett ein wenig von der schrägen Wand verschoben werden, für große Personen ist es etwas beschwerlich aufzustehen.

Ein außergewöhnlicher Glücksfall

Urlaub ab der ersten Minute! Moderne, helle Wohnung und so sauber, dass man sich sofort wie Zuhause fühlt. Zum ersten Mal hatte ich keine Bedenken, die gestellten Handtücher zu nutzen und mich in die Bettwäsche zu kuscheln. Alles ist so, wie beschrieben. Nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand und zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Einmalig tolle, unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeberin! Das Einzige, das nicht immer schön war, war das deutsche Wetter. Wer eine ruhige Auszeit sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Einfach toll!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, für zwei Personen geeignet. Sehr nette Vermieter die man bei Nachfragen sofort kontaktieren kann. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, man ist trotzdem in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad an der Strandpromenade oder beim Einkauf.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön,modern eingerichtet und vorallem sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin Susan Klein hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Wir waren mit dem Auto da und hatten einen Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück,wir haben die Fahrräder mit in den Urlaub genommen, da wir wie in der Beschreibung wussten, dass es auch dafür eine Unterstellmöglichkeit gibt. Das ist absolut prima. Zur Unterkunft kann ich einfach nur sagen,dass es an nichts fehlt. Da können sich manche Fewo's in Zinnowitz eine Scheibe abschneiden. Die Lage der Fewo ist auch sehr ruhig,somit hat man auch einen erholsamen Schlaf. Ich habe immer ein Problem in fremden Betten zu schlafen,hier war das absolut nicht der Fall die Matratzen waren super,nicht so weich. 👍 Man kann von der Fewo alles super erlaufen, es gibt ja auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafe's die zum verweilen einladen. Wir haben einen so schönen Urlaub gehabt und kommen definitiv wieder nach Zinnowitz aber nur noch in diese Fewo,da einfach alles gepasst hat. 😊 Herzliche Grüße aus Leipzig Und bis bald Fam. Feistner

Die Ferienwohnung lädt absolut zum Verweilen ein. Unglaublich schön, unglaublich sauber, super schick und sehr stilvoll. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Susan jedem empfehlen, der nicht nur die Ostsee und in dem Fall Zinnowitz lieben, sondern auch all denen, die sich einfach nur wohl fühlen möchten :)
