surprise 30 minutes before arrival

Apparently the renter discover a double booking for the apartment at the last minute, thus by message while we were in our way, he asks us to comes to another subway station to show us the new apartment (renovated, 30% price higher but at no additional charge for us because of their error) . I really doubt the price is 30% higher. The new location is not anymore in the city center . The apartment was supposed to be renovated but this was just some painting in some room. it was an apartment for 12 persons but their is a table for 8 only, 2 little spoon, not enough mugs or glasses. There is three toilets but only one brush for the three toilets. One sheet had a torn when we made the bed. The noise from the street especially in the night is really loud. on a positive note Nick drop additional items when requested but this was not a great experience at all.
