Picturesque, tri-level condominium located in North Augusta's bustling new riverfront community: Walk to the River Golf Club, SRP Baseball Stadium, North Augusta's Charleston-style Hammond's Ferry community and the riverside walking/running Greeneway trail along the beautiful Savannah River.

Enjoy 3 full bedrooms, each with their own (3) full bathroom, and a spacious, open 2nd floor living area, including full kitchen with half bath, living room/dining area. 2nd and 3rd floor walk-out balconies great for relaxing outdoors and overlooking the river.

Located adjacent to the 13th Street bridge, a short walk or car ride crossing will bring you across the right in the middle of downtown Augusta with its restaurants, shops and nightlife.
