You have found it! The property that has it all! Centrally located in the heart of California’s many amazing sites!
Whether you’re coming in to town for the largest world AG expo, the massive trees of Yosemite national park, a wine country experience, our incredible shore lines, skiing our slopes, or business, you are sure not to be disappointed!
Our beautiful country home in located in a quiet, very well established and much sought after area of Tulare, where the neighborhood treats you like family and will make you never want to leave!
Our home is approximately 1500 square feet with a HUGE back yard, work shop for your hobby’s, pool for your relaxation and a large entertainment BBQ patio for making your new memories! The entire home has been completely renovated and updated with much attention to detail and comfort! There are three bedrooms with queen beds and we also offer a roll in queen bed if youre in need of more sleep accommodations. Everything is fresh and new throughout, including beds, linens, dishes and furniture. We have spared no expense in making sure your stay, whether it be for work or pleasure is nothing less than perfect!
Our home is very family friendly and will definitely keep everyone entertained. Play darts in the outdoor game room or maybe play a little one on one in ping pong. We also offer a large dvd library of movies for those times you just want to kick back and relax! We are Pet friendly so don’t leave your fur baby home! There is a gated in back porch to insure that your pets and young children are always safe around the pool! (There is a $75.00, one time fee for each pet)
If you’re in town for business, Our home offers all the amenities of your own home, including WiFi and an office with a desk to catch up on work!
So, whatever your likes and needs, I think we have it covered! Come stay with us and we are sure not to diassapoint!

Great place!

This is a great place to stay. Close to shopping in a nice area. Loved being able to come back to the house and jump in the pool. Patio was awesome and where we spent most of our time. House was updated and very nice.

We truly enjoyed this lovely home. Almost everything was perfect to meet our needs. Wish the kitchen had been better stocked, but it was small needs and we made do, so nothing I would truly complain about. We look forward to returning.

Not only a "rare find" but a precious gem

I can't find sufficient words to express the warmth and welcome our family felt as we made this lovely property our temporary home. The owner was always pleasant and readily available to address any questions. The minor issues that we encountered were resolved immediately and the hospitality we experienced went above and beyond our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed the numerous "extra special touches" provided and look forward to an opportunity to return. We might just have to make up a reason to visit Tulare, again. An absolutely beautiful home! Thanks for the wonderful memories.

Tulare Gem

We had a great time at the home. The house was cozy and adequately met our needs. The favorite among our weekend guests was the pool and patio. We left some pool toys for other guests to enjoy I hope that was ok. My only feedback is that we battled ants the entire time we were there! They were on the march upon our arrival. That was not a pleasant experience. Additionally, I understand that not everyone has the same level of cleanliness. So I understand the owners having guests wash the dishes we use and take out the trash, but having to strip the beds when we paid a $100 cleaning fee in my opinion is outrageous. It definitely took away from the vacation vibe. Overall, it was a lovely home.

Please let me apologize for the miscommunication. I did speak with you the evening you checked in and you had expressed how amazing the home was and you were thrilled. I did tell you at that time to call me with anything, whatsoever that you need or if you had any problems or questions. I did not hear anything else from you so I assumed you were as happy as you were when I spoke with you. I try not to bother my guests during their stay but in this circumstance, I wish I would have checked in. I have NEVER seen any ants in my home at all, as I do have a pest control that comes monthly. It was the first week the heat had spiked and all I can guess is that they were coming in because of it. When I went to check out the home upon your departure, I did notice a line of black ants going from outside to the inside. I immediately called my pest control and baited them. Again, I apologize for that!!! That is annoying, I agree. If you would have called me when you saw them I would have definitely sent my pest control over to help. As for the beds, not only are the sheets/blankets washed between all guests, that are also ironed, so I’m very confused as to this? I, myself, Vrbo anytime I go out of town, and my main concern is cleanliness! I feel I take all measures in that department, especially! I do appreciate your feedback! Honestly, I think all feedback makes every guest experience that much better for the next time! I hope, overall you enjoyed your stay and made some fun memories! Thank you so much for the pool toys! I’m sure the Summer guests will LOVE to use them!

More than I expected

Lovely decor. Clean and comfortable. Outdoor backyard with water feature and pool very relaxing. Neighborhood quiet yet close to all major shopping and freeway. Beds very comfortable. Everything needed in the kitchen. Our host was responsive to any need we had. I'd definitely stay again.

Fun house in Central Tulare location!

House is perfect for a family getaway! Nicely furnished, central location in Tulare and has all the amenities a guest could ask for (perfect for entertaining). It even had all of the necessities for our pups had we brought them. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan to again in the future.

Great house for family stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights to visit Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks with my kids and in-laws. It was a great house for our family! The kids loved the pool and the house was spacious enough for our family to spread out. Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking the basics. Host was very helpful - would stay here again!

It was absolutely amazing.

Summer was a phenomenal host. The place was perfect for what we needed. Every time I had a question Summer answered immediately. The neighbors were wonderful. The pictures are beautiful that are posted. Once we arrived and were physically there it was even better. There was plenty of room. Every room in the house was decorated beautifully. My family and I were very comfortable in the house. The pool and yard space were even more of a bonus. It was a perfect vacation from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Awesome home

Tha home is awesome. Upon arrival everything was clean and neat. We had such a great time in the house and swimming pool. The communication with the property manager was great. Whatever we asked we had a response in a very short time. Everything was perfect and we definitely will rent the house again if we get the chance or go in that direction.

Perfect for us

The house was just what we needed... Comfortable, convenient and welcoming. In town to visit relatives and it was the perfect spot to relax with a drink by the pool, bbq and play games. Our dog had a great time too with the large grass area to play on, and the big gated patio to see all the action, but keep out of the sun as it got hotter and hotter! Summer was wonderful to work with... Friendly communication and quick to respond to our pretrip questions. Thanks for the easy and relaxing vacation.

Relaxing and Stress free

We spent 4 days at Summers home. It’s impeccably clean - especially her floors/cabinets/yard. Simple check-in and Check-out. Fun and engaging kitchen to cook in. My 7/4 year old had a blast in the pool. I felt safe with the gate and the depth of the pool. The yard is clear of clutter/debris and safe for our dashaund and girls. We took their drifter/big wheels and they rode around on the concrete slab. Pool pump/sprinklers automatic and yard maintenance came during the week - did their job and left. No inconveniences for us. The one time I needed Summer she came within an hour and called me before she was on the way. Extremely communicative and first class customer service!! Thank you Summer We had a great time just staying home and swimming at your place!! Hopefully next time we’ll get to visit Sequoias.

Nice home close to rivers, farms, zoo, and national parks.

We created some great new family memories over Spring Break. Nice home and well equipped. The location is close to stores and about 1 hour drive to the river and national parks. My kids enjoyed cooling off in the pool. Summer was prompt in her response when we had a few questions. Would stay here again : )

BEST home away from home!

Great getaway from the city

We were in the process of still working remotely due to our county sheltering in place. We were looking to get out of our place in the city with our two dogs, and Summer's property was the perfect fit. We went to the grocery store once and then never left the house again! Between the comforts of the home and the lounging in the backyard, we couldn't have asked for a better "home away from home". It was easy to get comfortable, and Summer was extremely responsive to any questions we had! We ended up wanting to extend our stay one night longer and she made it so simple. We'd definitely come back!! Thank you!
