Great location and cozy!

This rental was perfect for a quick stay for me and a friend! It's a quick, easy drive to Cookeville, but far enough away to be quiet and a bit secluded. The owner was very responsive in communication as well. We had a great stay!

Great hosts, fast to relay a message, great owners, great area to stay, outside of town, great cottage 2nd year in a row. Everything you could need and it’s out if town, great pool and patio. Feels like home.

Exactly what we needed!

The cottage was cute, very clean and in the perfect location between Nashville and Knoxville. We also found the town of Cookeville to be a pleasant surprise from the local coffee shops, bookstore to the boutiques. Loved our stay!

Cottage was very cozy, nice, and clean! Very quiet area but still close enough to everything we wanted do do. There are gorgeous waterfalls to visit! Cottage had everything you need and then some! Wonderful place to stay!!!

It was a great place to stay. Not far from Tennessee Tech which is why we were going to Tennessee. It was a little hard at night to find, but it was very clean and perfect for my daughter and I.

The VRBO was off the road in a quiet area of the property. It was very well stocked and clean. The property owner was wonderful with info about the area and places to go. I truly cannot say enough about this listing!! Highly recommend!!!

Close to town but not in Cookeville

Close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores but far enough out of town to still be quiet at night. 3rd year we have stayed and planning on going back next year. Host is very nice and right there if you need her. We have no complaints at all.

Loved the place! Clean and private. The bed is super comfortable. My hubby can’t usually sleep at night but on this bed he did. Soooo happy! Plus we rode our mountain bikes through the park that is 2 miles from the rental. The place felt comfy with a super splash of luxury. 😉👍

Home away from home

We enjoyed Pine River Cabin during out brief stay in Cookeville. The hosts thought of everything we might need (except for kleenex but we brought that with us). We didn't cook here because we are exploring the areas restaurants to see what is offered. We are considering moving to this area so this was a good home base for exploration. Thanks!

Just perfect

We had a great stay here, would highly recommend. The location and size of the space was perfect. We had everything we needed, the bed and couch were comfortable and the area rug was the softest rug I had to look at where it came from. We were hiking and kayaking in the area and I know there is much more to see. If I come back I would definitely choose this place again. Having the pool was nice as well! Cant say enough, it was just perfect

Home Sweet Home

Property is easy to find, conveniently located to the highway and restaurants. The unit was comfortable and relaxing. The bed was warm and comfy. I loved the washer and dryer I was able to get our laundry done rather than having to do it when I got home. The host was very thoughtful and checked in with us to see how our stay was going.

First vacation in 20 years!

The home was in a beautiful, quiet location. Outside the city limits but less than 20 minutes from anywhere I wanted to go. Gas station and Dollar General just up the street. I found a wonderful church that welcomed me to their services just a block away. Everything I needed for my stay was provided. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great back yard too. Couldn't have asked for more.

Pine river Cottage

Excellent quaint cottage , quiet setting, very clean, everything you need was there, it was like we were home, pool was very nice to relax in, bbq grill, beach chairs, patio table and chairs. Laundry room, 1 bedroom very comfortable, large living room, dinning room, kitchen very clean, everything needed was there. Gracious host, very helpful and very friendly. This was our nicest place to stay and feel at home. Truly a gem. Looking forward to renting next year. Thank you Lindsay😍.

Wonderful get away

My sister lives in Cookeville. So I came to visit for her birthday. Such a relaxing visit the rental was very clean very comfortable and very well stocked with a few little: if you forgot- here’s one. A very nice touch. Would recommend and will book again. Pool in back of stay, looked nice. A little cool weather wise for me. But liked inviting!
