The apartment is on the 1st Upper floor in a private small complex with a total of 4 residential units (two houses next to each other in a garden).
It is about 100m to the beach (little-used service road). Shops and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. Boat ramp and mooring (mooring for a fee) in the immediate vicinity (3 minutes on foot).
The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms, 1 single room with pull-out possibility for 2. Person), a shower room and a small, well-equipped kitchen with seating. The 2 double bedrooms have air conditioning, which can be switched on if desired.
There is a large covered balcony.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub auch mit kleinerem Kind
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Entspannter Urlaub, weg vom Massenansturm. 2 Minuten vom Wasser weg, flaches Wasser (also kein Problem für unseren 7jährigen). Sehr Nette Vermieterin, immer jemand da, und doch waren wir für uns. Platz ist (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder). Und Kroatien ist wirklich eine Reise wert! Weitere Ausflugsziele (vom Aqua Park, über sehenswerte Städte bis zur Tauchschule und zum Krka - Nationalpark sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen).

super erholsamer Urlaub
Wir können uns nur den bereits geschriebenen Bewertungen anschließen, wir haben einen sehr sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub gehabt und sind sehr froh diese schöne Ferienwohnung kennengelernt zu haben.
Es war alles sehr Familiär und die Vermieter waren super nett. Die Lage ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da es zum Wasser nicht weit ist und das Wasser sehr flach ist.
Die Umgebung ist mit Ihren Nationalparks auch sehr interessant und man kann tolle Ausflüge machen.
Alles in allem wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen (vielleicht schon im nächsten Jahr).

Ferienhaus Bilice
Wir (Familie mit 2 KIndern) haben die Ferienwohnung im Sommer 2012 gemietet und waren mehr als zufrieden. Alles ist genauso wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Wohung ist sehr gepflegt und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Wir haben sehr viel Zeit auf dem großen Balkon verbracht. Der Strand und das Meer sind optimal für KInder. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch bei der Vorbereitung unseres Urlaubs. Wer also einen familienfreundlichen Urlaub abseits der überfüllten Touristen Hochburgen verbringen möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben.
Wir haben jedenfalls schon unseren nächsten Urlaub in Bilice gebucht.

Super erholsam und ruhig
Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie (Kinder: 15, 13, 11) knapp drei Wochen im Juli 2011 vor Ort. Super nette Vermieter. Ruhiger Ort abseits vom Massentourismus. Nur wenige Schritte zum Kiesstrand mit groß abgetrenntem Badebereich. Schattige kleine Bäume am Kiesstrand. Wasser weniger salzig und etwas wärmer als am offenen Meer. Wer einen Tag bei den Solaris Hotelanlagen war, schätzt die Ruhe.
Krka-Wasserfälle in der Nähe. Untere Wasserfälle hoffungslos überlaufen. Obere Wasserfälle wesentlich ruhiger. Tipp: Eintrittskarten zu Krka Nationalpark sind Tageskarten und berechtigen damit zum Besuch von beiden Wasserfällen etc. Gute Schnorchelmöglichkeiten oberhalb von Permosten. Split ist in jedem Fall einen Ausflug wert.

Immer wieder schön
Fahren dieses Jahr bereits zum 5. Mal nach Bilice. Sehr familiär und gemütlich. Mit kleinen Kindern ist die Bucht zum baden ideal, da das Meer dort sehr ruhig und nicht so salzig ist. Andere Badestrände in der Umgebung sind mit Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Stadt Sibinik hat eine nette Altsatdt, die zum Bummeln und Einkaufen einlädt. Auch Vodice und Primosten sind immer einen Ausflug wert um abends ein bißchen zu flanieren und essen zu gehen.
Wir freuen uns schon wieder auf einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub.
