Great place to stay, all 4 rooms had an ensuite which was fabulous.
No wifi, which was disappointing. Although the listing doesn't stipulate there is wifi, it's 2022 - the owner needs to get with the times. Especially if it's 35-40 degrees and it's too hot outside to do anything. Offering netflix apps on the TV is misleading when there is no wifi.
We rang up to check and were offered to purchase a dongle for $60 for minimal gig so I was a rip. Internet on our phones was horrible service in the home too for some strange reason. If it wasn't so hot, then it wouldn't matter so much.
Bedding was average comfort.
Great kitchen facilities but don't be fooled by the coffee machine, worst machine to use unfortunately
Still an amazing stay though, the above is just some feedback to improve.

The owner is considering Wifi options and will hopefully include this service soon. We charged you $60 for 35GB of data with a Telstra pre-paid dongle. Telstra charge $50 so we charge $10 for the week to provide you this service... if you feel ripped off then please contact Telstra and you might also mention their appalling coverage in rural and remote Australia.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this venue. A family of 6 adults and one infant. We loved that we all had our own bathroom, the house was clean , plenty of room with a lovely outdoor area and pool. Walking distance to the main street/town, marina and surf club. Only suggestion would be a sun lounge? chair for the lawn.
