Road being secluded and yet only two blocks from Macrossan Street shopping and an easy stroll to the Marina and Four Mile Beach. A short stroll down will take you to Wharf
Street to the park, home of the famous Sunday markets. Island Point Villas # 2 comprises two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living area and fully equipped kitchen. Both
bedrooms and living area have the fantastic views and the balcony runs the full length of the apartment. Please note: There is a small, shared on-site pool located at the rear of
the building.
