Beautifully Remodeled Ocean View Condo
Monthly rentals only for this stunning ocean view condo. Rental fee varies depending on how many months you stay. One block from the beach. Views from almost every room of this west-facing, fourth floor unit. No one above you. Elevator access. Spectacular sunset views from your balcony. Recently remodeled. Beautiful, quiet complex which includes pool, spa, BBQ, roof top deck ,secure building and secure underground parking.
Monthly rentals only are allowed, so complex is perfect for that quiet enjoyment of the beach. Chairs umbrella and beach towels on the patio.
Within walking distance to fine restaurants, the Oceanside Pier and Oceanside Marina. Thirty minute drive to Sea World, downtown San Diego, the San Diego Zoo and many more attractions. One and a half hour drive to Disneyland and the Orange County area. Two-hour drive to Los Angeles area.
Within walking distance to the train station.
Must rent to enjoy!
Oceanside and Surrounding Areas
Oceanside is the Gem of San Diego County, being the northern most city on the San Diego Coast.
Oceanside has train service up and down the coast, and the train station is within walking distance to the condo.
The condo is within walking distance to downtown movie theaters, the Pier and Marina.
We are 45 minutes from the Temecula wine country.
We are 2 hours from Palm Springs and we are 2 hours from Universal Studios and the Los Angeles area.
Surrounding beach cities like Carlsbad are only 7 minutes to drive and 15 to 20 minutes on a bike.
Complex Features
This complex is secured with locked gates and underground parking. Beautiful waterfall at the front entrance. The complex has a large pool and spa with outdoor showers and restrooms. It has outdoor BBQs, as well as the unit has a new BBQ on its patio. Tennis /Pickle ball courts are readily available for play. There is one designated parking space underground and plenty of visitor spaces for your guests.

This is our first venture into the Vacation Rental market. We Love this condo and hope you will too. It will be fully stocked with most of the basic things you need for a comfortable stay. If there is anything in particular you need for your accommodations, please let us know.
