Canyon Views is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, 1,812 sq ft Villa located steps away from the 18th fairway of the Ledges Golf course. Its spacious layout includes a large kitchen, and 2 outdoor living spaces for everyone to enjoy! The main level is home to the master bedroom and fantastic kitchen that is stocked with cooking utensils- making it easy to dine in while on vacation. Walk out to the lower back patio which contains a BBQ, and outdoor dining area. Upstairs you'll find more outdoor patio space on the upper balcony where there is a seating area with lounge chairs for relaxing. Enjoy one of the best views of Snow Canyon anytime of the day!

Of course, the outdoor experience is the highlight of Southern Utah, Snow Canyon (4 miles away) and Zion National Park (49 miles away) are its crowning glory. Need something to do at night? Catch a play at Tuacahn theater just 10 miles away.

Stick closer to home and enjoy the local hiking/biking trails, The Ledges Golf Course, pickle ball courts (we do have pickleball paddles and balls for your use), a spacious pool (we provide beach towels), 20 person hot tub *Poolside lounge area *Kids wading pool all located within a 100 steps of your front door.

Golfers Paradise

We are a group of friends who met almost 40 years ago stationed at the same Air Force bases throughout the world, and shared the love of golf. Even though we scattered all over the country after military life,we connect once a year to reminisce and play golf. This year we decided on a new location, St. George. Beautiful place.

We loved the place but there is a lot of noise in two of the upstairs bedrooms at night since it’s the end until and close to the highway. The boys enjoyed the heated pool (even if it was 50 degree outside). We were able to get on the bike path easily from the place. Comfortable and clean place. Weather wasn’t good for us so unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy the patio/outside dining. We didn’t need to communicate with management as check in was very easy per email sent to me.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was great about this place with the exception of a couple issues. First the positives, the loft out the top floor with the fire pit and string lights at night was a great hangout after golf rounds. The kitchen was well stocked and everything worked well except the fridge ice maker. I only have two complaints. One was the downstairs master bedroom. The pillows smelled like they had not been washed in in awhile and had a bad funky, gym sock smell. We also used the resorts grocery service since we we’re not going to get in until late. We got to the house and there were no groceries. When asked about it, basically they forgot and said “we’re sorry”.
