Relax in our exclusive DG apartment with mountain panorama from the living room and from our spacious south-facing balcony. This apartment has been refurbished with high quality by our architect with elegant and modern equipment. An atmospheric atmosphere was created, from real wood parquet (suitable for allergy sufferers) to branded Alno / Siemens kitchens, jab fabrics and designer lamps. Antique elements complete this to a cozy apartment.

Once you have arrived here, park your car in our underground car park and the holiday begins. Quietly located and yet central, numerous hiking trails such as cross-country trails start 2 minutes away. To stroll in the picturesque old town you are also a 2 minute walk. Several top chefs are within walking distance.

Oberstdorf is a pleasure in every season and a guarantee for your relaxation

We had a great week here!The apartment is big, the kitchen has everything you need and it had a large balcony facing the mountains.Yes the ‘bedroom’ may be different than what you’re used to, but it sleeps just fine ;-)All in all we loved our stay and would not hesitate to return.

We had a great time here! The mountain view from the balcony was our favorite spot for coffee in the morning and adult beverages in the evening. There was some construction going on across the street that was rather loud, but we're mostly just sad the thermal spa being built there wasn't ready for our stay! The place was well stocked and the beds were super comfy. I would stay here again!

I stayed here at the very end of the summer season. This fully furnished, spacious apartment is ideally located at the edge of the (pedestrian) commercial zone (restaurants abound) AND within minutes of walks that lead into into mountain trails of varying duration and difficulty (i.e., easy to strenuous). For walking, cycling, hiking, or simply enjoying Oberstdorf’s awesome surroundings and abundant eateries and biergartens. Important if one prefers to prepare meals “at home”, the kitchen is ample sized and fully equipped. The apartment has several radiators that heat individual rooms on cool nights. It boasts a wonderful, covered balcony where one can watch the Bavarian Alps change with the morning and evening light. The open, living/dining room provides plenty of space, partly because the two bedrooms are built under the eaves, so that one needs to bend over to go to bed. The apartment’s caretaker responded promptly to any inquiry or request. Be sure to turn on the lights when entering the attached garage to dispose of trash and recyclables.

Wir waren sehr überrascht das es wirklich gar kein Schlazimmer gibt, auch wenn man von abtrennbarem Zimmer spricht. Es gibt KEIN Schlafzimmer mit einer eigenen Tür, lediglich Schlafnischen . Die beiden Nischen im Wohnzimmer sowie die Nische mit den beiden Matratzen nebeneinander (Höhe ca 1,35m am höchsten Punkt) im Flur sind alles andere als eine gute Schlafmöglichkeit für Erwachsene! Bad, Küche, Wohnbereich...alles in Ordnung, aber wir werden hier ganz sicher nicht mehr übernachten.Die Übergabe von Frau IState war supernett und total sympatisch :-).GrüßeT Spamer

Oberstdorf ist Spitze, die Wohnung nicht so dolle

Der Aufenthalt in Oberstdorf selbst war Spitze. Bei der Unterkunft müssen wir allerdings erhebliche Abstriche machen, weil die Wohnung keinesfalls den erwarteten Anforderungen entsprach. In der Wohnung gibt es KEINE separaten Schlafzimmer sondern vielmehr nur Schlafkojen (jeweils 1 im Flur und im Wohnzimmer)

Tolles Zimmer für jemand wo Ruhe sucht Das einzige was ein bisschen stört wenn man älter ist Schlecht wenn man in die Badewanne steigen muss zum duschen da die Badewanne sehr rutschig ist und man sich nirgends festhalten kann Sturz Gefahr ist sehr hoch ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern

Tolles Urlaubsdomizil

Die Wohnung hat eine optimale Lage, wenige Minuten von den Einkaufsstraßen Oberstdorfs entfernt, aber dennoch in völliger Ruhe. Ein schöner Biergarten liegt 2 Minuten entfernt. Das Wohn-,Ess-,Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig. Der Balkon bietet eine tolle Aussicht.Einziges Manko: Wir hätten uns einen zweiten Satz Hand- und Duschtücher für den 10tägigen Aufenthalt gewünscht. Der Aufpreis hierfür (incl. Bettwäschewechsel) erschien uns doch etwas zu hoch. Dennoch hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und können diese rundum empfehlen.

Super Apartment für einen Kurzurlaub

in Oberstdorf! Einmalige Aussicht auf die Berge, zentrumsnah, mit Garage, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen ideal! Zwei weitere Schlafplätze vorhanden, aber quasi in der Diele, das ist nicht so optimal. Aber für zwei Personen hervorragend! Danke für die schöne Zeit!
