Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure that the parking pass is hanging on the hook for the next guest. Fees apply if it is missing!
Adjust air temperature to 78 degrees (summer) and 65 degrees (winter) for both thermostats.
Empty refrigerator and freezer.
Make sure all appliances and lights are turned off.
Please wash used dishes. The dishwasher may be left on if in use.
Please place all trash in securely tied trash bags in the proper receptacles, which are located in the parking lot.
Lock all doors and windows.

Hello, we are Richard and Maritza Landry, your hosts. Our daughter, Hayley, assists in helping us manage this property. We reside in Houston, TX and enjoy Grand Lake where we can answer the call of the mountains. After a day of strolling the trails, we love to enjoy a glass of wine and a good smoke watching the sunset over the lake.

Falling in love with Grand Lake is easy! The beautiful area allows for so many different kinds of adventures, there really is something for everyone. We don't get many mountain views in Texas, so this property is really special to us. Paradise doesn't have to be tropical!
