Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure that the parking pass is hanging on the hook for the next guest. Fees apply if it is missing! Adjust air temperature to 78 degrees (summer) and 65 degrees (winter) for both thermostats.
Empty refrigerator and freezer. Make sure all appliances and lights are turned off. Please wash used dishes. The dishwasher may be left on if in use.
Please place all trash in securely tied trash bags in the proper receptacles, which are located in the parking lot. Lock all doors and windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was perfect for our needs. Located close to RMNP and several trail heads. Restaurants were close by and a corner grocery store was walkable. The only complaint we had was the beds made noise every time you moved-a bit annoying. The living areas were comfortable and laid out very nicely.

The unit is on the ground floor so no stairs to get into the unit. It’s a short distance from the center of town, away from the congestion and noise. Walking distance to a grocery store, though. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Falling in love with Grand Lake is easy! The beautiful area allows for so many different kinds of adventures, there really is something for everyone. We don't get many mountain views in Texas, so this property is really special to us. Paradise doesn't have to be tropical!
