The apartment was renovated in 10.2023, German laminate was installed, the windows and the balcony doors were changed during 07.2023, and the plumbing and electrical installation was checked.

Because it is located in the best part of the city (wider Center), apartment is big, and the price is affordable - only 25 euros per night for one person or 5 additional euros for 2nd person.

What makes this property unique

Location - ideal - next to the polyclinic, next to well-known supermarket chains, bakeries, pizza restaurants, next to kindergarten, church, sport betting houses, casinos, primary school, American College, outdoor swimming pool (open during summer months).
The quay of Vardar and the "Jane Sandanski" indoor sports complex (best in the country) are also nearby.
All of this on few minutes walking distance.
And another very important thing - Peaceful neighborhood and the best possible neighbors inside the entrance.
