Great place to rest and recharge for night after an event at nearby BOA stadium. Townhome was spotless and spacious. Our group of three each had our own comfortable bed and bath. Enjoyed the provided coffee and hangout in the cozy living room/ dining area. Host was easy to communicate with. Would stay again when in the area.

Basic Cozy VRBO

Overall this was a fine little spot to stay. There were a few little things that didn't hurt the stay overall, but were cause for a slight star drop. This is a newer place that they are still working out. For the price it is worth the stay if you are wanting a spot to land in Charlotte, but not necessarily hang out.

Value for the Money

The accommodations were clean and well-maintained. I rented this place for a girls weekend. I was interested because it had 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms so we could all have our own space; and for the price. The property is as described, but is on a very busy, noisy street. Two of the three bedrooms are on the back of the property, but one is on the front. The person staying in that bedroom will need something to mask the noise (sound machine, earplugs, etc.). I slept in this room and had brought a fan and am a heavy sleeper so I got a good night's sleep both nights. The beds were comfortable, and each of us having our own space was really nice. The living room barely seats 3 people. Two of us shared the couch and one person was in a small chair with no footrest. The street noise is very loud in the living room. The location was convenient. We were not close enough to walk anywhere to eat or get coffee, but we were within a short drive to many nice restaurants and downtown. Overall we had a wonderful visit to Charlotte and I recommend the accommodations to others.

We stayed here for nearly two months, so this review reflects an extended stay rather than a weekend visit.The home has a great layout and a lot of potential, but several issues affected our experience. The garbage disposal never worked, and both the kitchen and upstairs bathroom sinks repeatedly clogged. We reported the problem, but ultimately had to remove large clumps of hair from the drains ourselves.The blue chair in the living room is broken and gives way when you sit in it. The kitchen is also minimally stocked for a long stay, with limited utensils, plates, glassware, towels, and basic cooking supplies. Several towels smelled like mildew, and the mattresses, pillows, and bedding are overdue for replacement. Many of the appliances, especially the coffee maker, are also very dated.If you’re staying for more than a few days, plan on bringing or buying extra kitchen items, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies, as these aren’t replenished. Unfortunately, our vehicles were also broken into one night during our stay.Before posting this review, I shared these concerns privately with the owner, who responded professionally and said they planned to address many of the issues. I genuinely hope they do, because this property could be excellent with a little more attention to maintenance and the long-term guest experience.

Very neat and great spot for several ppl to stay in one place. There are multiple parking spots in the back. There are 2 additional air mattress in a closet if needed which was pretty kool. It was pretty much equipped except for an iron during our stay, if you are big on it just bring one. Thank you for letting us into your home, we had a pleasant stay.
