+ We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind.

+ If you are a smoker you may want to consider booking elsewhere as any strong smoke order will result in a fine for odor removal.
+ No burning candles, incense, sage to prevent the risk of fire.
+ No extra guests not listed on the reservation.
+Outdoor Security Cameras located at the front and rear of the house. Audio and video recording.
+Failure to abide by our house rules may result in a fine of $500. You will be given the option to pay the fine by 11:59 PM the day it was requested or vacate the home by 11:59 PM the day the fine was requested.

Note: We recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance provided by Airbnb to protect you from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from traveling. We do not do reservation alterations or refunds outside of our cancellation policy.

Overall this was a fine little spot to stay. There were a few little things that didn't hurt the stay overall, but were cause for a slight star drop. This is a newer place that they are still working out. For the price it is worth the stay if you are wanting a spot to land in Charlotte, but not necessarily hang out.

Value for the Money

The accommodations were clean and well-maintained. I rented this place for a girls weekend. I was interested because it had 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms so we could all have our own space; and for the price. The property is as described, but is on a very busy, noisy street. Two of the three bedrooms are on the back of the property, but one is on the front. The person staying in that bedroom will need something to mask the noise (sound machine, earplugs, etc.). I slept in this room and had brought a fan and am a heavy sleeper so I got a good night's sleep both nights. The beds were comfortable, and each of us having our own space was really nice. The living room barely seats 3 people. Two of us shared the couch and one person was in a small chair with no footrest. The street noise is very loud in the living room. The location was convenient. We were not close enough to walk anywhere to eat or get coffee, but we were within a short drive to many nice restaurants and downtown. Overall we had a wonderful visit to Charlotte and I recommend the accommodations to others.

Very neat and great spot for several ppl to stay in one place. There are multiple parking spots in the back. There are 2 additional air mattress in a closet if needed which was pretty kool. It was pretty much equipped except for an iron during our stay, if you are big on it just bring one. Thank you for letting us into your home, we had a pleasant stay.
