Boronia 7 is a premium, multi-story townhouse located on Nettin Circuit, a short 10-minute walk to the centre of Jindabyne. Featuring four bedrooms, Boronia 7 sleeps ten guests comfortably. Modern features include reverse cycle air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and two bathrooms with a shower and toilet upstairs and shower over bath and toilet downstairs. Keep comfortable after a long day skiing or boarding on the large, modular lounge by the gas fire place in the living area. Fantastic views of lake Jindabyne and the mountains can be seen from the balcony off the living/dining area.

Boronia 7 is split over four separate levels with carpeted stairs separating each level. The double garage with ski boot dryer, laundry and drying room are found on the ground level. On the first level you will find two bedrooms with one queen bed and two bunks which share the main bathroom with a shower over bath and toilet. The living, kitchen and dining areas are located all on the second floor with access to the balcony. The last two bedrooms with queen beds (one of which can be split into two singles on request at time of booking), are on the third level with a two-way bathroom featuring a shower and toilet.

Place was really nice, well set up for skiiers/snowboarders with drying room and boot drying rack. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Great view, comfortable space

We had 3 adults and 9 children/teens and there was plenty of space. Very comfortable and warm place to stay for a few days.

Pleasant short stay with fantastic view

We had 10 adults in the property and it was sufficient for our summer mountain getaway. Found everything we needed within the property. And the view from the balcony is incredible. The only downside was an unexpected 'heatwave' and the property has no air-conditioning to cool the rooms down. Fans were provided in most rooms.

Location and layout of the property is good. The bathroom is a bit tired, toilet seats are worn out. The towels supplied shed fabric fibre and it gets stuck on your body. The bedrooms downstairs can get a bit cold since they are only heated by a small heater.

Amazing Snow Getaway

Absolutely amazing property, and is exactly how it is in the photos. So spacious for 10 adults, never felt like you were on top of each other. The rooms are of substantial size and the 2 bathrooms make it perfect for everyone to share. The whole living area and top floor is completed heated from the gas fireplace and there are heaters in every room that can heat up the bottom floor to comfort level. The huge living area is the ideal place to hang out with friends after a long day on the slopes with a well equipped kitchen and BBQ to fix up meals in the evening. The balcony is a great place to have a wine with the added flare of the fair lights covering the railing. Will definitely be staying here again. Perfect place for a group getaway.

It is a good time to stay with family and friend here. There are a big living room for kids to play and do some activoties. One thing that we disappointed is no WIFI .

Overall good stay

The property owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating when we reached out to them and needed alterations to our booking. The house was large, warm and perfect for a bigger group. The only negatives were the tiny amount of cleaning and kitchen products made available. 1 sachet of coffee, 1 garbage bag and 1 dishwashing tab eg for 10ppl x 3nights was no where near enough. The gas bottle for the BBQ was also next to empty. Be sure to also bring your own toilet paper, oil, & salt/pepper. These were minor details in what was overall a great stay!

This is the second time I have stayed in this property and there is a reason why! It's within close proximity to many ski hire businesses, the town village and half an hour from Thredbo. The living room is the best for lazing around after a long day on the slopes with the highlight being the heater! It comfortably accommodated 10 of us and we look forward to staying here in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We had 2 families with 5 small kids and we all fit nicely. The view was breathe taking. The house is spacious with loads of room. It was una great location to the town as well as our trips up the mountain, we will be staying again for sure. Have already recommrnded the property to others

Spacious, well located, great views!

Boronia 7 is exactly how it is depicted in the photos. The property itself is clean, spacious and in a fantastic location. Nice and quiet at night time which was perfect for our group of 6 adults to relax after a hard day of training. The beds and living room couch were super comfortable and it was nice having enough space for everyone to hang out together. The balcony is nice and long; great for BBQ's and summer siestas. Had a few issues with the DVD player/dishwasher and some kitchen utensils not working; these were sent through to the agent after we left and hopefully the owner will be able to fix them. It was more of an annoyance than a deal breaker and certainly didn't ruin our trip. Just an FYI for those sleeping downstairs, the kitchen tap and upstairs bathroom tap make a REALLY loud noise when they are being used (mainly with the hot water). It travels straight into the two bedrooms downstairs (just in case you have light sleepers or kids staying with you; they will get a fright)! If you are coming in summer, I recommend you bring a fan for each room, as there weren't any on the property (the top bedrooms and living area were too hot to sleep in during the day). We really loved our stay at Boronia 7 and out of all the properties we looked at online, this one really was the best one we could find. I would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Hi HappyTriathlete, thank you for taking the time to review Boronia 7. We apologise for the issues and thank you for bringing them to our attention. The owners will be replacing the DVD player, we have had someone looking at the dishwasher issues to be fixed and the plumber has found the issue with the loud noise that is heard in the bottom bedrooms and it has been resolved. The owners are also considering fans for the bedrooms but as we are an alpine environment it is not compulsory for owners to provide fans, only heating.
