2 storey house with full kitchen and laundry on both floors, on the 1st floor we have 1 bedroom and on the 2nd floor we have 2 bedrooms, we have parking for easily 4 cars, barbecue, living room with ceiling fan and cable TV, the house is located 2 minutes from the historic center of Paraty with its surroundings, restaurants, pharmacies, markets and bars, if there is the possibility of bringing mattresses to put in the room, they could easily fit around 15 people.
